Ordered a basin for bathroom and the wrong item was delivered. Have tried contacting them to arrange for the correct one to be sent out however no one answers the phone or responds to emails. No idea how or when I’ll be able to get the correct basin, and now that the bathroom is complete (except for this) I’ll have to get the builder back at additional cost. Awful service.

Been emailing and phoning for weeks, but no reply and they dont answer the phone. Maybe they have gone bankrupt?

Excellent service. Product was available at a good price and arrived within 3 days as promised. I also noticed that a design flaw with the toilet seats has been addressed and now there are supports on the underside towards the back of the seats which relieves the strain on the hinges at the back.

Good selection of Heritage products. Simple buying process - and arrived within 3 days

never buy anything ,they don't do return items even they delivery open boxes and doesnt reply email or phone call.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend this company at all. All of the order has not been received after 1 month and told they can not refund.

Good quality products at reasonable prices

Terrible, didn’t reply after numerous emails. Bottom of bathroom panel plinth turned up and when unpacked had damage all on end of it. Was expensive too. Asked for replacement as just the plinth and told no as did not report within 48 hours but it was around Xmas time. Will never use again! Just unreasonable.

Ordered a Vanity Unit in december - False Delivery attemp on 20th december - numerous calls fobbed off constantly told re delivery first week of jan - no delivery - told on the friday it was loaded on the van for monday delivery. never turned up - Tuesday told it is on route. waited all day phoned for update no answer. responded via email to say driver is due to deliver at 18:30 then recieved an email to say driver cannot deliver now. called back Wednesday thinking driver will carry on and deliver to be told it will be delivered the following Tuesday!

RESULTED IN CONTACTING CREDIT CARD FOR A CHARGEBACK.

SCAM COMPANY

Been waiting 6 months for a refund on an item that never arrived, no response to emails can’t get through on the phone.

We ordered a shower enclosure that was listed as stocked. They emailed to say they wouldn’t have any units for 2 months, so we asked for a refund. I’m still chasing the refund after a month and they are not responding to any form of communication. It’s pure theft.

First the company was very misleading on the website as to what you got apart of the package.

Then no contact and nothing sent out.

Then once chased up, they sent 1 part of the order out.

When checking where the rest was over a week later, they told me a basin wasn't included, so I told them I wanted to cancel the order, not to send the parts i was waiting for out and i wanted to return what had come.

I was then told to contact returns, who have never picked up the phone once, and only respond by email once after chasing up with customer support on the phone many times.

They then tell me I am not eligible for a refund as 14 days has passed, even though I still haven't received the full order.

Absolute nightmare, do not use!

Nonexistent after sales - giving an extra star because the order arrived as it should have but had the wrong parts enclosed. Luckily I was able to figure out a solution but some may not. After 2 emails, a call and online chat not one response.

Placed and paid for an order for an instock item on 29.11.22 and nationwide bathrooms then cancelled on 22.12.22 because 'we did not have enough stock to fulfil your order'. Very poor you should not be selling items that you cant get! avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Items not delivered, no response to emails. Fobbed off when phoned. Requested refund, no response. Had to do a charge back on the credit card.

Ordered on Sunday evening, arrived by Wednesday afternoon, amazing considering on a Christmas week !
Kept up to date regarding delivery with a phone from driver to give approximate time of arrival, which was handy as didn't have to hang around all day. All round Great experience !

I could find items I couldn’t find elsewhere and they were delivered very promptly.

The delivery was delayed a week. Apart from that they were helpful

Terrible experience. Ordered a sink unit and still don't have it a month later. I have spoken to them 15 times and have been promised delivery 4 times but still nothing. Manager never calls back as requested. Terrible service
