The loft was only half done and just chucked over old loft insulation not properly laid very disappointing.

Advert was misleading service shocking details on request

Just had loft insulation installed by 2 guys from Nationwide whom were efficient/respectful/polite and cleaned up after them selves. This job was managed /
overseen by Ricky Patel from the same Company. Would be happy to use again.

Had my boiler installed from these guys, brilliant service from start to finish. Taz sorted everything on phone and them Faisal installed boiler, fans and also loft insulation. Cannot recommend them enough

The two lads including Aujla and Hargeet were very hard working and very polite. They respected our property and did a very good job. They also cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them definitely.

Surveyor Ishmael lovely and talks the talk. He stated the team doing loft insulation would contact me to confirm date and time, this did not happen
No emails no contact numbers, head office number in convent garden never answers all felt like a scam until my phone call at 7.30 this morning
Aujla and team arrived at 9 and efficiently done a great job by 12!
A little more effort in communication and customers knowing who to contact beforehand would elevate this company

I had my loft insulation done and had great experience. The installation team was quite friendly and very helpful. As they done with the job, they even provided me safety equipment to go up into loft to check their work. Such a lovely team. Thanks

I’m not sure if this is a scam or what?
A pleasant surveyor called Ishmael telephoned on Sunday morning to confirm his attendance; however he did not have my correct information or the correct information about my property or what the survey was for (gas boiler replacement or loft insulation) he said he would have to check with the office and get back to me which he did no issue. Whilst there he advised that all of the old insulation would be removed particularly as mine look very old and would be replaced with the new 30mm thick wool insulation throughout and would move any of our property as progress was made in the loft.

The contractors spoke little to no English which made good communication very limited.

They used our wc without asking which I have never experienced before when having contractors in the home.

Asked me for a pen to sign documentation, I informed the contractor that I will need to check prior to signing.

I noted that there was only 6 standard bags of old insulation which suggested that the old was still there which was not what I had been told, the document I was being asked to sign aldi stated that some not all would be removed.

Attempts to contact the organisation to resolve the issue while the contractors were still present went unanswered.

Not impressed at all

I got my loft done and i had great experience with company. They did nice and tidy job even instalers were very friendly and supportive

Tell you the surveyor will be to me in the morning the then the job will be done in the afternoon after doing my mates NEVER TURNED UP to me or my mate I think this company needs looking into as I think they are a scam. You need an EPC certificate didn't have one but told don't worry about it we can get around this phone the number up on there website only to get a text message back from a mobile phone saying they missed your call. There reviews don't exist on Google either

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. This happened to a friend of mine. All ok until the work started but when the workers arrived the pretended they could not speak English until they needed some advise then, they spoke fluent English!! Work unfinished and the company does not answer the telephone or reply to voice messages or emails. DON’T TOUCH THEM!! Unreliable 😡😡😡
