My claims handler Sean S , dealt with my claim smoothly he was very supportive during a stressful time. My thanks to Jack Walker and all the team at Nationwidehire

My thanks to Jack Walker and all the team at Nationwidehire for all your help and patience in pursuing our nonfault claim against 3rd party insurer.
The whole process from recovery, to courtesy car provision and accident repair/ engineer assessment was coordinated by Nationwidehire and Jack and colleagues were in touch either by call or email to update on claim progress.
I was always met with professionalism and courtesy and this made a big difference updating us and keeping us aware that our claim was moving towards successful completion and settlement.

Your ongoing explanation and patience demonstrated throughout with all questions being asked made a big difference for us at a very distressing time after the accident.

Once again thanks for all of this negotiating and hard work and best wishes for a claim "well handled".

My vehicle was in a non fault accident.

My vehicle was in a non fault accident.

They paid to take the top slot on website results when I Google my own insurance and accident I thought I had click call on my own insurance.

Answers the phone as claims line and didn't tell me they weren't my insurance.

I was scammed into using them before I was aware they were a different company to my insurance I was already locked in and they had organised a courtesy car which came the next day.

Law to their selves not regulated by any ombudsman so they can't help. I've lost my car lost 2000 in undervaluing my car. They ignored my refusal of valuation and processed it anyway. I'm now without a car and 2000 down I can't replace my car for a like for like car 3 weeks later I'm still looking. I brought my old car back to try to fix it but that's not financially viable either.

RIng your own insurance they are accountable by law unlike this lawless company that doesn t comply to request like dsar legally required to respond to and ignored it's customer and prioritise wrapping up the claim as quick as possible for them to get paid. They don't get paid more for arguing for you they charge the insurance the same.

Refused to raise a complaint.

Refused to act on my behalf.

Ignored 60% or my emails I still have questions left unanswered and statement they have chosen to completely ignore.

Acts solely on the company's interest and not the customer they are suppose to represent.

One phone call has ruined my life! My family is reliant on my vehicle I'm the only driver in the family and have elderly mum that used my car that now isn't able to get around and make hospital appointments etc. I can't take my children anywhere. As we will not all fit in a car I can find for the price they paid. I'm now forced to decide to get a small car to be able to care for my mum that me and all my children will fit in. No more football or gymnastics for the kids no going to see family that live out of our town. I can't get there car seats in a Corsa and that's all I can afford to buy for the pittance they continue to try to settle for.

Nationwide Accident Hire is an independent company providing replacement vehicles and support services following non-fault accidents. Our aim is to ensure customers avoid unnecessary financial losses, such as paying an insurance excess or risking their no-claims discount, by guiding them through the appropriate route for recovering their losses. We identify ourselves at the start of claim and explain who we are and how we operate and that we have no affiliation to any insurance company.
Pursuing a claim through the at-fault party’s insurer, rather than your own, offers notable advantages. This approach protects you from paying an excess and prevents any negative impact on your no-claims discount. These are key benefits of the service we provide and are designed to make the claims process as straightforward and cost-effective as possible.
In relation to the valuation of your vehicle, the figure provided was not determined arbitrarily by our company.
