I bought a TV program enhancer which was supposed to give me access to all free TV programs.
It did not work. I brought in a tech and he could not get it to work either. This is junk or a scam. Very disappointed, recommend you do not buy from this company

I hope that anyone who is reading this will NOT order from this company. They are a SCAM company. I paid £39-64 for a product to enhance the use of my television. The trash I received was very unsatisfactory, it didn't work and there was no instructions , so be warned. It also took nearly 2 months to arrive.

Out of the blue : Native Discount is charging my Credit Card with $3.99, and that 8 weeks after a miserable supply of NON functional e-gadgets

This Company is fraudulent! Do not buy from this Company. The Items I bought do not meet the description. Overscharging. You can get at Aliexpress for $ 4.80, they charge $ 45

It is a total Scam.My online order never arrived and they are withdrawing money from my account through visa card. BEWARE. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.

SCAME, no satellite receiver, only simple wifi hotspot that do need sim card and data plan, doesn't work in remote where there is no cellular coverage, IN SIMPLE WORD SCAM

Box glossy advert give the impression that it’s from a former NASA employee, and that it’s an American company hence the sale is in US $
All that arrives us a cheap Wi-Fi box that requires a sim to piggy back your existing Wi-Fi network and even this does not work in the uk as sims are tied to their own network provider so totally useless, They asked me to send it back with a tracking number but we all know how that ends will cost you more than you paid to send back then they just return to sender!!

All it is , is a Hot spot, netstick. The whole free bussiness is a bluff. It is a cheap chineese no brand name thing that you could buy on aliexpess for 25 AED.
No free nothing. It needs a sim card. The one they sent me didn't even turn on. They offer a second one free for $39 shipping. Shipping costs them nothing. I sent mine back for $10 shipping. It is a pure scam.

I ordered a satellite wifi device, connectable anywhere, free for life.
I was sent a mobile wifi device which needs a sim to work, so not free, nor connectable anywhere.
Custimer support advised their "return policy" was I had to pay shipping back to China or I could keep it for a 40% refund.
Not happy - took out a chargeback on my credit card.

The object is certainly not the one on the website. It does not even work. They don’t refund. It’s a complete rip off and scam. Don’t ever buy from them.

Native Discount is a con (do not buy) it's not an independent wi fi system with its own satellite, its a piggy back system on your own wi fi.
Trading as Native Discount, but is YIHENG ELECTRONICS and don't even try to send it back , it'll cost you a fortune and no chance of a refund, I'm now contacting my bank, oh boy what a con-job.

Total scam. Sent a device years out of date. Do not go near.

Scam ! Ordered a wifi device that was advertised as being connected to satellite but in fact have sent a device that requires a sim card

WARNING DO NOT BUY!
The product they were selling was a one time payment for a lifetime of satellite internet. What they sent was an outdated hotspot gadget which requires a data loaded SIM card to access the internet, its basically the same function a phone can do when used as a Hot Spot. I told them this is not the product I ordered and they said it was and since it works will not get a refund. They are crooks, laughing all the way to the bank with peoples money.

They advertise a product and then send you another completely different and does not do what it should.

Whatever you do - don’t buy anything from this company.
Bought one of the supposed satellite signal enhancers which was a total scam and did not work. Cost me nearly £10 to return. I had also bought the lifetime updates option at £23.17.
After 37 emails finally had a refund for product only.
Told they do not refund the lifetime update & that it is in the terms and conditions.
As others have said - not even possible to find those!
I feel very silly having fallen for all this.
Trying credit card chargeback as I think it is ridiculous to be paying for updates on a product I returned immediately.

I use Revolut for banking and they just gave me a full refund for the money that I paid to native discounts.

I sent them all the trust pilot reviews on NativeDiscounts basically saying that the wrong internet device was sent and it didn't work as described.
