Never purchase from Native Discount!
I purchased on 26.07.2024:
- Smart TV × 1 @ $49.00 + 3 Years Warranty × 1 @ $3.99
The amount of $3.99 was paid for 3 year warranty once on 26.07.2024, but since then was charged 2 more times - on 26.10 and 26.11. with comment "you just purchased this article from our online store and we have charged your Mastercard card..."
The answer to my complaint was: "It has been established that the guarantee is monthly."
Never was stated in Purchase Terms and Conditions that the guarantee is monthly. I paid - 3 Years Warranty × 1 @ $3.99, it means the cost of the 3 Years Warranty is subject of single payment of $3.99. Changing the warranty conditions from single tax of $3.99 to $3.99 monthly installments IS A FRAUD!

I purchased the Smart TV x1 gadget for $52.99. I tried everything to make it work but to no avail. I asked for technical help several times. Nothing helped. Their refund policy states 30 days of expiry. I received the item on October 24th and asked for a refund on November 8th, well within their expiry date. I was refused and I realized that I spent my money on a piece of garbage with a dishonest company. Shame on them! DON'T EVER TOUCH THEM WITH A TEN FOOT POLE, DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING SOMETHING FROM THEM!

Purchase online Smart Energy Plug for US$52.99 be deliver to Indonesia. After the payment was made, my impulse was to check the review of this Native Discount Company and was horrified to see the bad reviews of innocent buyers from all over the world conned by this scam company. Sent an email yesterday to Alice Support Manager, to cancel and refund my credit card payment with a reply not to worry as they will get back to me as soon as possible. Today I check my inbox email there was none. Can the relevant authority from the country of origin of this scam company be arrested and blacklisted in advertising its fake products.

This company are scammers! The product Power Factor Saver does not save electricity- it uses it!
My son who is an electrician took one apart and it is unsafe - no earth, does not meet UK guidelines. Definately avoid this company.

I bought 2 energy saving plugs which they advertised as saving a lot of electricity cost. I followed the instructions precisely for 2 weeks and not a single penny was saved. I checked my smart meter several times a day and there was absolute no change. I tried to call the company on the number provided but it doesnt work. Over the last 2 weeks I have then sent 5 emails requesting a refund as offered on their website. Every email is responded with saying that it was being dealt with and someone would get back to me but no one ever did. I have absolut no trust at all in this company, A total scam.

Ordered three tv boosters on the understanding they would offer a full refund if the product did not work. What a surprise they didn’t work and there’s no email or return address available .This product is rubbish and the company are scammers .Keep well away !

They delivered the device but it did not work and was not as described.I bought the TV device from the Mail Online.It stated quite clearly that it would provide multiple tv channels via wifi. it provides nothing and is a total waste of money.It was clear and deliberate misselling.I should have looked on here befre buying this useless piece of rubbish.

They never delivered my product and withheld my money. Do not trust this company at all. The people in customer service are liars and scammers.

This site traps u once u are in and includes things that u didn't order. Don't be tricked by it!!!

They say you can watch all channels but is just a chromecast what doesn't work.
Fake fake fake

This company is basically a shark and not to be trusted with a barge pole. Purchased a Mira adaptor that was supposed to get multiple TV channels but was basically a chrome cast which did not work at all. Returned as instructed by recorded delivery and it sat in a customs and excise ware house for about 8 months and then returned to sender. So no refund. Do not use this company

The unit simply does not work. I informed them that the paper user manual was illegible as type and photos were too small, so they sent an electronic copy. I tried to follow it but still the unit wouldn't work. I contacted them again, they supplied another typed instruction just to try to get some TV stations on my TV but no joy whatsoever. I managed to get the Anycast icon to load on my Laptop but there was no way to get access to any TV channels. They refused me a refund on the grounds that 30 days was lapsed. I pointed out that that does not apply to faulty goods, a 1 year warranty is legally my right . I again claimed the refund on the rights I have under UK consumer law and I've asked my Bank Card company to pay back the full amount I paid for this faulty item. I am waiting to hear back from them. I wish I had checked this retailer on here before buying from them. I can't remember where I saw their advert or I would report it to the Advertising Standards people.

I only put one star because there wasn't the option for 0 stars. The device doesn't work and is only a casting device! DO NOT BUY!

I bought two of them which are no good this was marketed as different thing altogether no good to me. I wrote to them to say it was no good to me and I was sending them back costing me £78 email back to me with a Chinese address told me it would have to be tracked cost £18-99 which I wasn't doing so I paid £12-99 to send them back.This is 3 weeks later I contacted them today, email back they don't know if they've got it back or not because they couldn't track it, now I know this is just an excuse not to give my money back.Definate scam

I never thought I would be taken for a ride. But YES, This new Free View will not work. I have emailed the company and they sent me an email which was no better. I have asked for money back, £78-00. I will let every one know my downfall. Starting with RIP OFF BRITAIN shown on BBC 1, morning TV. We are pensioners and should have spent our money on Food.
