Avoid,unless you want to lose money. Ordered, realised minutes later it was a con, cancelled, no refund.

From the get go, it sounded like a plugin and go. But no, you've got to have an iphone. Mine's a Samsung.
It's interesting to see people saying that they got an immediate refund...... I don't know how they did that, because I was told to send it to China (at my expense) and they would reimburse if it hadn't been OPENED etc! How does that work???
They're now offering for me to keep it and they'll send me a 30% refund. Lousy product. I'm old, really old - but not stupid

I made a mistake ordering an item that was of no use to me, emailed an explanation to Alice and she refunded my payment immediately. First class company, and certainly not a scam company.

This is a simple scam. They do not sell you what they promise you. Instead of a fully working streaming device you simply get a cheap chinese chromcast copy which not even works properly.

i ordered 2 and paid £49 and £29,I delt with Alice,after reading these negative reports I asked her if I could cancel and get full refund before they were despatched, she said ill find out,in 2days id got the refund

Do not buy anything from this company, they send you shoddy goods that don’t work or are misdescribed. Then try and get your money back! Took about 5 weeks for me to get a refund of 40% even though the item I purchased doesn’t work.

I am sorry to read all these reviews but glad I did. I was thinking of ordering a Smart TV gadget but not after reading these.

It is sad to read so many negative reviews. This is probably the first time I bought online without checking Trustpilot first. They are not selling a Smart TV unit it is an Anycast one which can be bought for considerably less. If you think about it, I didn't, what they are offering is almost impossible at the price, it is a huge con. I have just finished emailing them, 9 emails between us and it is like talking to the wall as they ignore the what you are writing. I was communicating with " Alice ", all very polite but no response to the problem.
This company should be shut down, it is receiving money under false pretenses from gullible people like me, in other words stealing.
Usually, if I want to buy something online I use Amazon as they are totally trustworthy and excellent to deal with .
PayPal is my preferred way to pay online as they offer excellent protection again I didn't this time, bigger fool me.
So if you are checking out these reviews before buying from Native Discount then take my advice . DONT.

Comes with a very BAD instruction, in very small print, INVISIBLE… difficult to install and nothing on intrrnet to help !!!!

Scammers, T.V. device did not work. Sent it back no refund as yet. My credit card company is on the case.

The website took my credit card details, my address, email and telephone but then told me I was wrong. Rejected my payment. Then my credit card company immediately contacted me to say a dubious transaction had not taken place but they would continue to monitor the situation. You decide if it is a scam to get my details

I bought TV dongle known as smart TV, this is just screen mirror. Native discount has given wrong information in the online advertisement that we can view all channels by this dongle. It's totally scam

26th February Bought an Smart tv gadget from them
got it days later , it was such poor quality , I asked for them to collect , it did not fulfill its advertised functions , absoulute junk . But I bought it with VISA card if you have done the same claim against Visa with a but of luck they will do the right thing and shut this business down , My bank has refunded my money .

Ordered the dongle to get all channels. got a device to mirror something, I don't know what. Instructions complex and long winded. Not what I thought I had ordered.
Initially they would not accept return if package opened. Explained that unless I opened it, I would not know what the product was.
Change of mind and I have to return it to an address in China - cost me just under £8.00 to do so.
Don't expect a refund any time soon.
Would never do business with them again

Scammers, I bought 2 of the TV device to get all the channels and it dosnt work and it is sayind that it is only mirror, so absurd, completly scamers, dont buy with them

I purchased two TV dongles. It's states they were delivered. The company fastway couriers say they delivered them. Unfortunately they now accept they were left outside my apartment block and were stolen. Fastway couriers accepted they were not delivered to me and will reimburse them once they pay me. They are refusing to contact Chris at fastway couriers and have me on the long finger for almost a month. Reading the reports on the TV dongles they don't seem to work. I am bringing the courier company to the small claims court. I would bring both to court but they won't send me the address and full company details of where they are registered. They are not interested once they have the money. I'm disgusted with them it wouldn't cost them a penny if they emailed Chris. Don't touch this company .

Do not buy from them! The product I ordered wasn’t as advertised and when I wanted to return it they wanted me to mail it (on my dime) to China! Ridiculous.
