I had been ordering from here for about a year with no problems until the last time I ordered. The email address for etransfer had changed. I placed an oprder for over $300 and it showed it as completed under my account with a tracking number. It's now been 5 days and Purolator shows only shipping label crearted. I have emailed but not received any response. So I am starting to get concerned about what has happened to my money

I placed an order with NS4L on Monday. My order shipped out on Tuesday and was at my door by Wednesday. I received everything I ordered so no complaints there. Great communication and order updates from support. Highly recommend NS4L

I have been purchasing from this family owned company since March 2025 and have placed 5 orders since. Consistently good products! My last order had a manufacturing issue that was addressed immediately and replaced. My experience with Niimi as my customer service representative was personable, professional, and efficient. To achieve all three qualities in an online experience is quite admirable in this day and age! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
