10 years of great customer service and tech support

I was put on to Nativespace about 10 years ago by a friend who recommended them. I consider myself to be fairly IT incompetent. In the 10 years that I've dealt with them I've had to contact their tech support and customer service teams on numerous occasions: setting up my website; importing a domain, payment changes, transferring ownership, and general service problems. They have always been complete stars; prompt responses, clear explanations and doing things for me when I've had problems figuring out what to do. They are at all times incredibly helpful. I'm handing over everything to someone else now so I'm saying farewell to them but I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of joining them, particularly if you're like me and not strong on your IT skills. Thanks guys for all your help.

Honestly hands down the best service I have ever recieved! Courteous, helpful and super efficient.... any problems i have had, solved within minutes! Could not recommend highly enough....if there were 6 stars I would give it!

Complex email setup

Problem with setting up email client on new computer. Support very prompt and Nativespace really helpful, despite the fact that I think I inadvertently messed up and had to go back to them.

Hosting Service with emphasis on Service

There might be a plethora of choices out there for the provision of hosting services, but the standout feature of Nativespace is the support. I can't praise them enough. Quick to respond, efficient in their fix, and friendly to deal with.

Web hosting and domains with an added extra...

It's all about customer service with Nativespace.
Reasonably priced hosting and domains with an added extra - there's always somebody there to help at the end of an email.
I've been with them for years and they have saved my bacon countless times. Forgotten to renew and you've gone over the deadline ? They'll sort it. Bust your bandwidth and need more at the end of the month, just ask and it's done. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys - they're brilliant

Professional & Efficient

Nativespace are responsive and efficient, you can prioritise your issue when you raise a ticket. Been using Natvspace for 10 years or more have very few issues but when I do they are there to help and they alway resolve the issue.
