Very happy with my purchase
I ordered my Boxspring bed just a few days after New year. I decided I can't sleep in the old one anymore. The most beautiful was the PARIS. I decided to go with PIANO fabric, because I fell in love with the PIANO 11 color. I can't even explain it how beautiful this color is. It's between grey and light blue.
So I made an order online, payed the deposit by iDEAL and they contacted me that afternoon. Everything was done on the same day. I was very pleased. After 10 weeks, in March, they contacted me by e-mail and asked me if it was ok to deliver the bed in 10 days, between 15h and 18h. They delivered the bed as agreed, around 17h, and I payed the resting sum to the driver in cash. It was packed in boxes, but my neighbour helped me bring them inside. It was really easy to assemble it, it took less than half an hour. The bed is so comfortable and it is more beautiful in person. And the LED lights are magical.
Now, I just need a night table to complete my bedroom. So I made another purchase online, but this time I ordered the COSMOS night table in PIANO fabric (PIANO 11 and PIANO 1). I am waiting for it to arrive in June.
I recommend this company to everyone because the furniture is beautiful, comfortable, the customer service is super helpful and very good and they are really the best. :)

Excellent support and product
When I first saw nativo online shop I was curious that they sell furniture but have no showroom. However they have thousands of client pictures on the online shop and you can see the quality.
Also, the cuaromer support was very helpful, we finaly bought sofa with MINI seats (60cm instead of 75) so it could fit.
Sofa arrived in 9 weeks (they promise 8 to 12 weeks on the webshop). Super easy to install .
Highly revommended and will buy again for sure.
