Wanted to try these with our kids who seem to attract every mozzie and biting insect in the suburb. Unfortunately, they weren’t as successful as we’d hoped. I contacted the team to unsubscribe to the patches as I couldn’t find the unsubscribe option on the website. Their response was incredibly quick and understanding and they unsubscribed us immediately. Wish they’d worked! The customer services makes it feel like this is the kind of company you’d like to give your money to.

I used the zen patches (yes I pinched some of my granddaughters) stuck them to the shelf next to my bed and for the first time in many years I never got bitten.

I am a smorgasbord for insects and found that using the sprays merely added extra flavouring for the bugs! , so when my daughter showed me what she had for her children, I jumped on them.
I order the kids ones because I like the characters and they become a talking point with fellow travellers.
You might see a few on cruise holidays!
If I forget to put a patch on, and I get bitten,the itch patches are brilliant. The stingrays and the itch disappear instantly, I carry them everywhere.

I had bought a few packs of NatPat Mosquito patches at a local store that ended up being expired the same month. The store refused to refund me so I contacted NatPat and their customer service was exceptional, particularly Caz. Not only was the response super quick each time, their service in making things right was incredible. They immediately sent new replacement packs at no cost to me. All of this was done within less than 15 minutes via contact with email. I'm extremely happy with the service I got and always been happy with their products. Thank you Caz and thank you NatPat!

After i placed and paid my order, i received a confirmation that my order will arrive between March 28 to April 1. April 1st passed and order didn’t arrived so I messaged the customer service support and wow someone replied to me so fast. I’d like to say thank you to Caz for assisting me with my concern. Though it’s only thru email, I felt the concern and great service and assured that they will take care of it. I want to let Caz know that i received my package today so please no need to send a new batch.
Hoping these patches will work for my kid as she has trouble sometimes to sleep right away. Thank you and more power!

I have no problems with the company just the product didn't work well for me. My dog suffers with separation anxiety and was dog reactive on walks. She has calmed down a little on walks but still has anxiety problems. The customer service people were really good and the product may work well for others.

Quick and easy process, the stickers make me smile and they work.

I’ve been using Nat Pat for some time now and it has really helped with sleeping better throughout the night. Their customer service is excellent, they reply very quickly to any queries you may have.

this is a no for me. Tried it with my son and it does literally nothing, i’ve just wasted my money

Two weeks ago, when I placed my order, I received 3 emails from Nat Pak confirming the order, thanking me, etc. I received one a few days layer saying my order was ready to ship. Then I didn't hear from them again! Today I reached out to customer support person, Caz, who politely offered me a new shipment if mine did not arrive by next Friday. They, apparently, were also unable to see where my package was or if it had shipped. Lo and behold, it arrived today. I notice that the package was somewhat ripped, so perhaps they need to be more durable? But otherwise, my items are intact and the customer service associatewas personable and very responsive.

I used the company in 2021 and it did not work against the agressive Tiger Mosquitos in Virginia. We moved and did not order again. Recently in 2026 I received an email asking me about my experience, and they offered a completely free care package to try the product again. They sent me more mosquito stickers and itch relief patches with completely free shipping. I have a new little one and I'm back in Virginia, living by a pond, and I am very excited to try this product again. Customer service is fantastic and I have my fingers crossed!

I accidentally chose the wrong the incorrect delivery option for my order and customer service couldn't have been more helpful in finding a solution to the situation. They replied within a few minutes of me sending an email on the evening of a bank holiday, were very knowledgeable about the delivery process and sorted everything out quickly.

I originally bought them for myself because I always get eaten alive but I have also passed them down to the families I have worked for in the past and present. Such a good idea for kids, cuz bug spray is a hassle with kids, them squirming, it smells, avoid the eyes. This is.....Stick and Done!
And if your kids are obsessed with stickers stick them on the back of the shirt (same spots...arm holes/neck/back of the legs)
I havent tried the other brands such as sleep but if I ever have the need...I know where to go 1st!
