Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. Bought this product on 17 Feb 26 based on the raving ad on Shark Tank and the money back guarantee. Unfortunately, I encountered a couple of problems. The website uses upsell tactics during the checkout process and I did not see any clear way to decline them. Consequently some cream was added to the order. Afterwards I called their customer service number and they said they voided the $59.99 charge for the cream so it was never charged to my credit card. However, I ordered the 1 bottle get 1 free for $64.99 but my card was charged $129.99. This happened because I did not have the opportunity to review the order before it was finalized. I sent a couple of emails about the $129.99 charge but could not get any resolution. I called customer service again and explained my issue. This time I was told the return policy did not include any opened bottles so I ended up being charged $64.99 for the one bottle with absolutely zero results.

Natura Skin Tag Remover scam or legit?

I ordered 2 bottles of Natura Skin Tag Remover but was charged for 4 ($50 vs $190). The website confirmation showed the correct product, but all the language was about male enhancement. It literally said, ‘Your order is confirmed. We are happy you have chosen to achieve your male enhancement goals…’ Seriously? Customer service initially refused a refund, suggesting I could do a return or offering a 50% discount. None of this felt professional and it gave me serious scam‑like vibes. After pushing, they finally agreed. I can’t tell you if this product is legit, but the double charge, misleading confirmation page, and scam‑like customer service were enough for me not to take the risk

I used Natura Pro Skin Tag Remover for…

I used Natura Pro Skin Tag Remover for a couple of weeks. The applicator was easy to use and didn’t irritate my skin, which I liked. However, the results were pretty mild — some smaller tags lightened a bit, but didn’t fall off completely. It’s okay for gentle attempts, just not super effective. 🩹🙂
