Extremly unprofessional and unfair
Extremly unprofessional. They forgot to send one product, then asked me to place my next order with bank transfer without shipping costs. In the Next order they could not provide the requested amount of 3 Bottles again and tried to moved it to the next order again. Smelled fishy to me, so i just bought 2 bottles but hat to pay 8 € for bank transfer.
Then I had to do a refund of three bottes. They are charging a restocking fee of -20% for more than 3 Items. Thats not nice, but its listed in the return policies. Ok. Consindering this I should have recieved back 88,62 pounds. After 41 Days of mail contact and arguing they sended me back just 66,32 pounds. They blocked any further communication on this.
