Not worth the hassle
The wrong product delivered to a friends address. The friend opened and used it assuming it was a gift for children. Two weeks later when I’m asking where my order is they tell me the wrong product was delivered. They refuse to deliver correct one unless wrong product is returned, even though it was their error and it has been used so can’t be resold! Customer service only via email so very slow to communicate and solutions offered are not useful in the circumstance.

The elephant doll buggy arrived in time, well flat packed, perfect condition . No components missing. Clear instructions and diagrams to construct well engineered pieces. Safe for 1year old. Can't wait to give to my granddaughter for her Ist birthday.She's just walking so will be ideal.

Order not received
I placed my order 10 days ago but have still not received it. A few days after I ordered I was told via email that one of my items was out of stock and would I be happy with an alternative colour. I replied immediately to confirm that was fine and was told the order would be sent straight away but I still haven’t received it. Considering I paid over £7 for delivery I think this is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this website again.

I ordered 2 items from Naturalbabaa and they were both excellent quality. Ordering was easy and they both arrived promptly with no problems.
The only criticism I have is that I sent an e-mail asking about another product and did not receive an answer.

Superb product - exceeds expectations in design and quality - thank you.
The site is great - the order process quite smooth - the product is amazing and I am very pleased. 4 stars simply because the order took quite a few days to arrive. This didn't really matter - and probably would have gone unnoticed had I not ordered three other items as part of a gift - and they all arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Normally, what's a few days and why should we order and receive things the next day? Maybe a note saying this product will be with you in 5 to 7 days would make future customers less likely to expect it every time the postman comes.

They took my order and my money for me then to have to chase up weeks later to find out where it was to be told it’s out of stock! Was told it wouldn’t be here for Christmas so was asked if I wanted to cancel I said yes....no refund, then got an email to say it might be here, again nothing, so I chased them again to be told it had arrived from Germany and they would send it!! By this point I had ordered a replacement in case it didn’t turn up!
