The customer service is shocking

The customer service is shocking, trying to cancel a subscription (which I haven't set up), and they took the money from my bank 2 weeks ago with no delivery as yet. There is no phone number and they don't respond to emails or Facebook messages. I don't know how they remain in business.

Avoid this company

Placed my order two weeks ago and still not received my items. Tried to contact them via their online WhatsApp chat but when you try to connect it states they are not registered on WhatsApp. Sent a message via their online contact form but no response. Tried to email them directly hut the email was bounced back stating that their inbox is full and cannot recieve emails. Have contacted the fraud department of my bank to get my money back

Avoid

Avoid. No action on an order for three weeks, and no means of contacting company (emails just bounce back). Turns out the company is just a front for some social media chancer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Order not received - sent emails but bounced back. No replies to messages on facebook or instagram. Presume they are no longer in business but still taking money!
A reply has come to the above but no contact details given. Order no is #NDG#7578 placed 30/12/25 for £45.96

Don’t buy form here!

Ordered a week ago- over £50 of chews. No communication - online chat doesn’t work, no phone number, no whattsapp or email comms. Think I’ve been scammed.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Order placed and money was taken, then it went downhill from there. It’s impossible to contact them by phone, email or chat when nothing is delivered. After writing off my £60, an email pops up saying goods, bar one item, have been dispatched. Some glimmer of hope I didn’t conned, but then comes another email saying one item out of stock and I will be refunded, still waiting for it though.
The goods do actually arrive surprising but they are feeling rather light, I ordered 1kg at £40 but only received 800g (including the paper bag it’s in) another came in at 473g when I ordered 500g for £11.
Of course contacting anyone to complain is hopeless, so I’m out of pocket around £9, which I suppose is better than £60.
DON’T BUY from these THIEVES.

Used this company for months now and…

Used this company for months now and had no issue. Latest bulk buy of venison treats got delivered with a hole in and the inside packaging broken open as the treats were too heavy for the bag. Stored treats correctly and came to the today with mould covered all over them. £60+ all for nothing. Customer service is shocking and no one replies back to you.

They need reporting to trading standards

Order arrived on time, all items except one were as described....

But the let down is not that the misdescribed item is less then half the weight it's supposed to be but that the company literally ignores all forms of communication other then orders.

The reviews are pretty severe with how often this happens and I'm afraid nothing will happen unless we band together and report them to trading standards.

Poor communication ordered 3 weeks ago…

Poor communication ordered 3 weeks ago half is still missing the other half is not what we ordered. They completely ignore any communication clearly there happy to take money then ignore. They say items in stock knowing they don't have them. Basically the worst customer service. Actually would say their liars and thieves.

I placed an order on 3rd January and it…

I placed an order on 3rd January and it still hasn’t been shipped by the 9th. No communication even though I emailed them through their on-site contact form asking where it was. I will update if I do receive it but initially my impression of this site is very poor.
Update. I have just received an email stating that it has been dispatched and is on the way. I will update again with product satisfaction when received, but they do need to look at their customer communication. 10 Jan
Update I have received my order finally today and the products are really good. (11 Jan) it’s just a shame that it took so long without any communication. Customers like to know what is happening with their order.

Item not received

Ordered a box of treats for the dog (£22) on 17th December and paid £4.99 for the delivery. Now at the 2nd January and have never received the item. Still no feedback from my email asking where my order is. Very very poor service. I wouldn't use this company again.
