My journey with Natural started in March where my Dad and my brother had gastric sleeve. Natural was brilliant with us accommodated us as a family. The staff were amazing especially Sarah who handled our case from the start. Everything went perfect than we expected. Regardless that the staff did not speak English especially in hospital, Natural clinic provided us wulith the best interpreter. The surgery went well for my family.
In May I decided to do the Gastric sleeve myself I did a few researches around, there were some clinics that were offering less in price but i follwed my heart and went with Natural clinic. Spoke to Sarah about all the arrangements told her about other offers. She managed to give me a discount as knows my journey 2 months ago with my family. As expected the journey went smoothly as I met old faces. The hotel a five star. I felt as if I was on vacation than surgery, that made me feel brilliant. At the hospital met the interpreter who was happy to inform me that he has done the sleeve as well as he looked amazing. My surgery went well. Met the surgeon who did my father and brother now me. Hat trick indeed. We decided to do our teeth with my friend, we booked our appointment, unfortunately we went shopping and all the money gone. Informed Natural Clinic that we would like to cancel our appointment. Their response was its ok next time. I was expecting them to make a fuss, but they were spot on about it.THANK YOU NATURAL CLINIC 2WEEKS PO AND LOST 8KG.

Do you see that the nearly killed a woman a left her paralysed. This is cruel and evil!! She will never walk or see properly again!! They are not real doctors, these are normal people they get of the roads of Turkey to do operations. I really sincerely sorry for what happened to this lady. I keep trying to warn people and it’s about time a class action is taken against this horrible, cowboy, con clinic. If you need legal assistance I can help. I am fighting for justice myself!! Only a matter of time people the satan comes are return the evil back. Imaging going to a hospital to be lied to tricked, manipulated and abused just for money, how sick and twisted in the mind. These people working in this clinic are extremely dangerous and sick. Beware because no normal, sane person would botcher people for money, it’s sick and ill people who this stuff to live a glamorous life. I hope they all turn crippled, so be it. It is done!

Cosmetic surgery gone wrong. After botching a surgery, causing a stroke or brain haemorrhage (I say "or" because the doctors couldn't tell me which) they then wouldn't help fix the issue, they caused, without co-ercing a signature out of me, on a document written entirely in turkish that no one was willing to translate, and charging me extra money. The CEO of natural clinic wanted to take me for dinner and apologised for the above but I haven't heard him since and he won't admit to any wrongdoing in his or his company's part.

NC is definitley legic clinic and so far they deliver what they promissed. Consultants are super nice. I initially had a superhelpful consultant Erdim, however as he left the business I am now with Sarah and she is very lovely, even on my last visit made way way to the clinic to meet me in person.
At the beggining I had a plan for a hollywood smile which had to be altered due to infections and from two visits I need 3 in total due to a need of open sinus lifts which they actually added to my package without extra charge, instead they suggested an upgrade on implants brand.
On my 1st visit I only had my infections cleared and extractions, and on my 2nd visit i had (as planned) my 2x open sinus lifts with grafts and implants.
My HS paccage included up to 10 implants in the price initially and they did genuinley deliver it as i was gonna have 6 implants prioir to surgery , but during surgery lovely surgeon decided that 7 will be better and I got 7 instead of 6 without making it a thing at all.
Following this surgery/ during the next day check up i pointed out that one of my teeth's crown is tipped and ask them to either extract or fix it as it will not survive till my next visit and beside busy schedule they did book me in for the same day root canal treatment without any probalem.
All the hotel-airport-clinic pick ups were always on time and professional with good communication.

All clinic staff speak clear english as well as the medical team, which is very well qualified and doing a great job with confidence.
Clinic is also spotless and fancy.

I am recovering from the 2nd surgery now and and it seams to be a quick recovery, just as the 1st one.

I am due to return to have my HS completed in 5-6 months and looking forward to that.

If all goes well on my last visit I will be back for my hair/beard transplant for sure.

My friend did with them and she is depressed because no follow up after they took the money they are scam please be careful and do not go there they look only for money they don’t care about the patients

The worst experience ever . This clinic is a scam . I payed for a breast lift and breast augmentation and then they did only breast augmentation. They are not professional. Bad doctors bad receptionist. No follow up after surgery. Nobody answers your questions after they take the money. Please don't go there.

Very friendly staff

Natural Clinic are absolutely professional every step of way, particularly the attention and care they provide after the operation. Ahmed Soliman has very kind and friendly with explaining me the whole process and guiding me through the recovery process. I fully recommend Natural Clinic as I am very happy with results of both my hair transplant and my belly liposuction.

All staff were very professional, the hospital facility 1st class & very clean. I recommend this clinic for any procedure.
I highly recommended Sarah who was very reliable & looked after me.

Is great place to get your needs very amazing doctors and nurses and whole staff keep up with you every single minute I was. Doing my transplant and surgery went very successful I got amazed by the how they keep up with you and I’m wishing successful results they did they part well .I have to trust the process 🙏🏾

It was a solid choice for procedures. Istanbul itself can be a bit intimidating but the staff certainly does everything to help you feel comfortable and at ease
My patient care rep was very helpful and kind and supportive and always ready to answer my questions no matter what time of day it was. Rahma Djebbari was great as was the rest of the staff. The drivers, nurses, doctors.

I've been there in 2023 Jan(could not select it at the date of experience). Here is what happend, I had my rhinoplasty and DR was not aware that this is my second time, because the agent(not medical person) who was in contact with me for my records, did not tell him! Probably, did not add to my file. As a patient, you do not meet the DR at all until surgery, they just don't make an appointment for you with him. You have a consultation with a DR assistance, but NOT the actual DR and they do not tell you this before. I even asked if I can meet the dr, they said 'yeah yeah if you want'... all lies. I met him by mistake when I was in the hospital for the general checkup and I literally an into him. When I arrived, they threw me from one hotel to another,the hotel where I should have been, was not available anymore, they took me to another one and after the surgery, to a second one. In the end the second hotel was fine (therefore the 1star)
I had a 250€ voucher as a gift that I could spend on facial and creams that they offer, I could not use it for facial, because they had an office party on the they when I was available before surgery so I wanted to get creams for the price of 250 and they only allowed me to take 3items, not more, but first it was only 2that I was allowed to take SCAM
When I arrived they WANTED ME TO PAY for the hotel while the deal was hotel included!!! WATCH OUT!!! I had printscreens to prove it so they could not charge me, but in the end I was still charged some extra for hotel#2
The best part, after surgery they let me go back to my country after couple of days and I had to remove my own cast. From month 2 I informed them via whatsapp that my nose shape is changing, does not keep the shape that was done by the surgeon, (you are in chat with an agent, no medical person) he said just wait, it's too early to do anything. Whenever I texted he said he will ask the DR, guess what he never wrote back on his own, he only responded if I sent a reminder. NO AFTERCARE AT ALL! In the end I found the surgeon's instagram and I finally got in touch with him there. I complained and complained for a year, no proper help or advise. Now after a year the surgeon recommends to take corticosteroid injections because the shape CHANGED!!! (POSSIBLY BCS IT WAS A 2. SURGERY AND THAT TAKES DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS, BUT HE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT IT UNTIL I TOLD HIM A DAY BEFORE THE SURGERY ON THE CHECKUP IN THE HOSPITAL)
The injections are more effective at the beginning stage, now after a year they may help, may do even more harm and I informed them continuously during the past year and they did not say ANYTHING.
SO WATCH OUT WITH THEM, I REGRETED THAT I WENT THERE, CHOOSE A PLACE IN YOUR HOMECOUNTRY even if it is more expensive, bcs you can go back anytime. :(

Avoid this clinic completely for any dental work. They asked me to remove my comments before they would issue a refund. Very underhand request. Refund not given despite them commenting it would be dealt with immediately. Complete and utter dishonesty.

disorganization and little information, the quote that was sent to me before departure was different from what I found afterwards! The work program that they indicated to me in the estimate was not respected, first of all they told me about the DHI technique, instead they performed the operation with the FUE technique without telling me anything! and I discovered this myself during the operation, the latter was supposed to be carried out on the second day of my stay but instead they postponed it to the third day, the time was also delayed first from 8am then to 1pm and then to 4pm in the afternoon! The checks following the operation were not done, nor the head wash! the translator was almost never there in all the sessions especially during the operation, so I couldn't open my mouth! the consultant who contacted me first only saw him once while waiting for the operation, even the kit of products and medicines that they gave me at the end of the operation to use for the treatment, they didn't give me any explanation on their use. finally they didn't give me the head wash they were supposed to do and I didn't understand why! Even though I stayed in the hotel for five days! they didn't even give me the estimate for my teeth as scheduled! they even sent me to the airport with my head covered in blood, blood that continued to come out of the donor area, and the bandages on my head to be changed, and they didn't give me anything to dress the donor area or to change the bandages! I tried contacting them but no one was answering, so I knew I had to get out of the way! I spent well over two thousand euros for this clinic and I regret it. I don't recommend it!

People beware this company there really good ontil they get your money ..no care no support at all ..don’t care what happens to you once they’ve got your money proper con artists
