Ordered through a 3rd party site listed as natural life warehouse sale. It’s a total scam. They use 17track as a fake shipping site.

If you decide you don’t like what you’ve purchased once received, they offer credit as a “gift card” to their store but do not offer a full refund of your money. Even if you process the return in a very timely manner!!!

My delivery never arrived. I've gone back and forth via email with supposed customer service in China. They have no proof of delivery per their logistics. I have no package. It's been over a month. I asked for a re-delivery when it was not delivered. However, they decided to make me wait while they shuffled through logistics. Then after such poor customer service, they offered to re-deliver. I declined because I did not want to wait another two months. So, their response was to offer me a 20% refund, $8, eight dollars of the $42 I've lost. Their reasoning was that they have incurred costs too. You just can't make this stuff up. Hilarious! Now, I'm seeing online that there are scam, mirror sites of Natural Life. I'm at a loss as to
whether I was scammed from the beginning or if the whole company just SUCKS!!! Either way... they will never see another dime from me! BEWARE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Natural Life was fun to shop their line. I purchased sheets, bedspread, a dress, a lunchbox, folders, & hairties. I had forgotten to enter the savings code so I reached out to them and they responded quickly offering me an e-card with the savings I would have gained!
I absolutely LOVE each and every item I received! Beautiful, & comfortable workmanship went into the bedding and the clothing! The other items were perfect, too!

Here's the deal - the REAL website has amazing products. Absolutely buy it for life. Unfortunately, there are almost identical knock-off scams that look like the real deal & are tempting. I just got a bedding set from Natural Life and couldn't believe the quality. But then I got emails and ads for the knock-off company that looks identical except the price.

With Natural Life, I get anything I order within 5 days & get updates for the shipping. So many of these reviews aren't for the actual company, IMO. I'm glad I looked for the reviews for the scam, because I was tempted to just try it for the massively discounted prices. Since the products don't come or are low quality, I'll skip!

I was on facebook when I saw an ad for a warehouse sale at Natural Life. I clicked on the link and could hardly believe how deep the discounts were, but it looked legit, so I loaded up my shopping cart. I went to check out, but it all started to somehow seem 'off'. I closed the page and googled Natural Life reviews, which were very mixed, so I went to their official facebook page, and noticed a warning (from 2024) about a scam site that was being advertised on social media. DO NOT click on the facebook ad link, which is naturalslifes . store. Hope it gets shut down soon because a lot of people are getting ripped off.

This a scam site. We placed an order, tracked it being shipped until it eventually said it was delivered but never received. Don’t order from here!!!!!!

I used to be a regular customer for them like a looot of orders… I started to refer all my surrounding about their 20% off for them and then when they order I get 20%. Be aware peeps - They just give 15% to my friend and then I wrote to them TWICE, never got any response ; Thank you for your excellent customer service👏. Their referral program is total bs…. We are now out of there and shop somewhere else, spreading the news everywhere on the web and around…

My order never arrived and I sent an email and just received some scam reply. This site is not to be trusted! When things seem to good to be true , they are!!!!! Beware

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on 5/9/25. Their tracking says items were delivered. They were not. I have cameras and none of the videos show it was delivered. Their shipping map says it was delivered on 6/4/25. The map shows it was delivered about two miles away. No one has seen the package. Buyer Beware!!

It's so bad there are no words to do it justice. All I can say is "Buyer Beware."

The clothing and products are great quality and adorable! I’ve purchased SO many things from Natural Life. Anytime I’ve had a question or an issue (maybe only 2 issues despite multiple orders over 3 years), customer service has responded quickly and gone out of their way to be helpful. I once ordered a tumbler and promptly broke the lid (totally my fault). I reached out and they sent me a whole new tumbler. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m disappointed to see there are negative reviews because it does not gel with my experience whatsoever. Sometime last year they announced via social media that another company was impersonating them and I have to believe the negative reviews are related to that. I order through their app and all of the packages ship from Jacksonville (not China) and arrive in about a week. I get so many compliments on their products and recommend them almost daily!

Horrible experience. Wasted an hour of my life I can't get back. Almost went with used websites that sell the same items for a discount.

Firstly, the website did not recognize me even though I ordered once before. Had to go through the whole rigmarole to reset up an account and activate my account. Took SEVERAL times to add a password before it realized I ADDED A PASSWORD! After clicking on the activate email it THEN recognized me. In fact, I tried several times to have it send me both a text and email resetting my password. NO MESSAGE EVER CAME THROUGH and yet I was clearly in their system. Then I spent an extraordinary amount of time trying to get Apple Pay to work. Didn't work on their website on my laptop (HATE IT WHEN COMPANIES DON'T ALLOW THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), then tried to go on my phone and it STILL would not allow APPLE PAY even though for a split second it showed it as an option. Googled it several times and it said Natural Life does accept APPLE PAY. THEN waste a lot of time trying to download the app. THEN had to add my address/shipping address several times before it "stuck", THEN had to try several times again and again to try to use APPLE PAY to get my order to go through. It finally did on the last and about tenth time. All the while got an incredibly insulting text message telling me I needed to finish my order. Unbelievable. You have one of the worse ordering websites I've ever seen and you have the audacity to send me a text message telling me to not leave anything behind in my cart and pay YOU money when I've been trying to for a long time? Horrible. Then it gave me the option to text customer service and of course I did (before it FINALLY went through) and got a pre-written message saying they contacted customer service and would get back to me. Yeah right. This company clearly does not spend ANY MONEY on anything that really counts such as 1) recognizing previous buyers when they return 2) setting up good "forgot password" software 3) Letting people use APPLE PAY on the website either via laptop or phone 4) allowing customers to use APPLE PAY when they do bother to download the clearly junky app and try repeatedly to pay. How absolutely horrendous and awful this experience was. Wish I would've spent more time searching used websites for the two insulated bags I wanted. By some miracle the 15% coupon worked. About the only thing that did. Natural Life has been in business long enough and made enough money (based on the number of reviews listed) to be able to spend money on good software and a good customer service buying experience. Businesses lose billions of dollars a year in the US on poor customer service and in fact waste a lot of their own money paying customer service people to deal with all of the problems the company creates!!!!! Riduclous and I've lost all respect for this company. The worst part? They don't care, will never reply to my complaint and will ABSOLUTELY never change. Go elsewhere if you can. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I was shocked to see an approval rating of only 2.6 on this Trustpilot website. Clearly I am not alone in my bad experience and briefly saw there are a lot of issues people are having with quality too. Ugh! Who are these owners? Do they know anything about running a business after all this time? On the rare chance Natural Life does respond, if you offer a discount for a future order I will scream.

I used to trust and love Natural Life clothing. I only buy rayon and bamboo fabrics. That was how I found them. I have 3 of their rayon dresses. I have their rayon pants. And ordered more. Unfortunately not only have the recent items not been rayon but a KNIT. But the size was insanely large. It was just cheap and horrible. Instead of treating me like a respected repeat customer. They automatically charged me almost 8 dollars to return. I know how much commercial shipping costs and that's double what they pay. And the mistake is theirs. They've lost a loyal customer. I placed my order 5/16/2025, after waiting almost a month, the tracking states it has been delivered, I did not receive anything. As another person posted, according to their website they are in Jacksonville FL, but when I got the tracking for the shipment it was from CHINA (by the way I live in Florida), when you go on their website and try to contact them, not possible! this is a scam! BUYER BEWARE! I hope I get my money back but doubt that will happen!

I’m still waiting for my order ..most likely I will never receive.
They want to make the online store look American as apple pie but it is ships from China.Not a problem for me accept they should tell you that you will wait for months.. but who knows if it will ever come..

Bought a sheet set from Natural Life 5/28/25. They arrived, but are so incredibly thin! You can see through the top sheet! Also, they’re really not all that soft, even after being washed. I’ve gotten sheets from other sellers that are far higher quality for half the price!

Yes, their stuff is cute. But buyer beware: the quality is not there, especially for the prices they want!

First, signing on is ridiculous. I bought some really cute items. The fabric is incredibly cheap. Very thin. One dress I wore tore the first time I wore it. Unfortunately I was in the midst of moving and missed the 30 day return deadline. So I was stuck with over $100 of shamefully poor fabric that I was too embarrassed to wear. Everything went to donation. It’s all adorable but don’t believe the reviews like I did. They could not be authentic. I made up the date below because after 7 steps it’s not worth ge back to my order history. It’s shameful

Everything sold by this company is “Made in China”
I made a huge mistake and didn’t research this company as I usually do.
I don’t WANT to buy anything MADE IN CHINA much less wear it.
