Our trip to Costa Rica involved multiple destinations using a variety of modes of transportation. All went without a hitch. It was our second trip with Naturally Travels and we would use them again, without hesitation.

This was our second trip organised by Naturally Travels, first to Belize and this time to Panama. Greatly enjoyed both trips. Both well organised by Karen and Nicole. They have a good understanding as to what we are looking for in travel.

Giacomo organised our holiday to Peru. This was a great success and we would fully recommend him and his agency.

We had a pleasure to travel to Belize with Naturally Travels. Everything was perfect - communication, organisation, and holidays. We brought back lots of beautiful memories. I wish the company had more reviews because of how good they were!
Will definitely use again in the future.

We first met Nicola and Karen at the Destinations Travel show in London quite a few years ago now. Our main interest at the time was Belize, but due to various reasons we didn't book until 2020 for 2021. Nicola helped us put an itinerary together for Belize and Guatamala for Feb 2021 but due to Covid this had to be rescheduled to Feb 2022. In Feb 2022, Covid testing was still high up on the travel radar, and Nicola was very good in rearranging our travel plans (at quite short notice) to avoid the risk of visiting Guatamala and not being able to get into Belize, by organising an extended stay in Belize and removing Guatamala from the itinerary. Everything was handled excellently and with a personal touch. There was good communication throughout.

Having seen Karen and Nicola again at the Destinations Travel show in Feb 2024, we chatted to them about various locations one of which was Colombia. We had some ideas of what we wanted and didn't want to do in Colombia and we sent those ideas across. Nicola had already told us about the Los Llanos area, an area similar to the Pantanal of Brazil, which interested us, so this was also added into the mix. Nicola passed on our email to Giacomo and with his expertise he put together a few suggested itineraries. The communication was good throughout. And, only a few weeks before going we decided to add in an additional tour and this was accommodated at very short notice.

They offer a very personalised service. Before leaving for your holiday they have a call with you and make sure you are clear of your itinerary and make sure everything is okay. This allows you time to ask any additional questions.

The trip in Colombia was well organised. The local company used WhatsApp to communicate and send flight tickets, guides details etc. Everything was handled very efficiently during our trip.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Naturally Travels. We are very particular and probably not one of their easier clients ;-), but they are always there to help.

When you are away they create a 'WhatsApp' group so you can contact them at any time should you have any questions or any issues.

We had an issue with Iberia Air (nothing to do with Naturally Travels - totally outside their control), but they were available to help if we needed them.

We highly recommend Naturally Travels and we are soon off on another trip with them to Ecuador.

Travel company were very organised and all transfers etc/excursions went to plan. Hotel in Antigua was rather cramped. Jungle Lodge was very basic and cold. Hotel Attitlan and Victoria House were a real treat. Mystic River Lodge and Lamanai were above and beyond considering their locations.

Was trip of a lifetime. Enjoyed everypart of Costa Rica and Mexico. Attention to detail and information was incredible. Karen Smith and team at Naturally Travels set up an incredible faultless itinerary. Everything ran so smoothly and the variety and order of places we stayed was superb. The most beautiful of places adventures and things to see and do whilst in beautiful apt accommodations.

We booked our Belize trip through this company and the communication, response to queries was second to none.
Our accommodation and travel within Belize was exactly as expected and the printed detailed itinerary was very useful.

We didn’t book our international flights through the company but they still tried their very best (in the middle of the night UK time) to assist us when Our flight home from Belize was cancelled.

Costa Rica was amazing! For such a small country there is such diverse and amazing wildlife to see both on land and in the sea.
I had high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed.
Not only are the people so friendly, all our Guides were excellent- without them I wouldn’t have seen as much wildlife as I did, and their enthusiasm really added to our positive experience. Our Drivers were always punctual and happy to share their knowledge of Costa Rican life.
Naturally Costa Rica listened to me. Karen gave me suggestions of some alternative places to visit that she felt I would prefer. I’m very pleased she did - I saw so much.
My budget was kept to.
Importantly I felt that if a problem arose, I had full access to support.

Great communication before the trip to personally tailor the holiday. During the trip there was also timely and clear communication about some travel issues as well as a weather warning. Logistics went well - all the cars and planes worked like clockwork.
Karen has a great knowledge of Belize and picked us two great spots. Matachica especially was a wonderful holiday destination. Probably the best holiday destination my wife and I have been to.

We found Naturally Travels to be an excellent company, and Karen was immensely helpful and approachable throughout - much better than the anonymous mega-companies that have come to dominate the travel sector. Our holiday in Tobago was fabulous - well-structured, tailored to our needs and with fantastic accommodation in a magical setting. All ancillaries such as transfers were organised in advance, and everything worked on cue. Finally, Tobago is a stunning destination for wildlife-lovers, particularly birders, and the guides are incredibly knowledgeable. All in all, highly recommend Tobago, and Naturally Travels as your means of getting there.

NaturallyCosta Rica(Giacomo) planned a 14 night trip to Costa Rica for 2 of us in mid November. We had a few itineraries put together initially and following discussion we agreed on a plan. We had one night in San Jose, 2 nights in Boca Tapada on the San Carlos river at Maqueneque Lodge. My husband is a birdwatcher and the trip surpassed our expectations as each area showcased different types of wildlife and bird life. Toucans, parakeets, macaws, sloths, ant eaters, different types of monkeys, crocodiles , too many to mention but all in their natural habitat which was important to us. From there we had 4 nights at La Fortuna in Arsenal Manoa hotel. We then went to the Trapp Family lodge in Monteverdi cloud forest and lastly 5 nights on the pacific coast at Parador Resort and spa. In each place we found excellent service from staff in the hotels which all had different things to offer but overall, it was so well planned we were impressed with the travel partners in Cosa Rica too, Travel Excellence who did a lot of our transfers. Their professionalism, punctuality and generous sharing of information made us feel we were in very good hands. We had a lot of tours including Arsenal Hanging Bridges, boat tour on the San Carlos river, Manuel Antonio national park, Monteverdi cloud forest. Each wan authentic experience with enthusiastic guides. Nothing was too much trouble for Giacomo and his colleague Karen, from adjusting flights to keeping in touch near the holiday. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Naturally Costa Rica. They are very knowledgable about the country, patient and helpful.I could go on about the individual experiences but suffice to say, the travel agents’ knowledge built a holiday that was ideal for us and were grateful to them for that.

Authentic, thrilling experience in Tobago. Perfect itinerary arranged by Karen in London. Excellent and unique accommodation in both Cuffie and Castara with very friendly and helpful hosts and guides. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

We booked with Naturally Travels before when they specialised mainly in Belize & unfortunately the Covid breakout in March 2020 interrupted our visit there but the team somehow managed to get us safely & efficiently back home with very little stress to us as the world gradually closed down. We knew then that this small company gives top priority with utmost care to its clients & that we would have no hesitation in using them again.
We have booked a return trip to Belize & Guatemala with them for next year to finish off what we didn’t see before. However it was an e-mail we had received from them this year detailing a visit one of them had made to a new destination Guyana that suddenly had me interested. On a whim I contacted them asking for more details & prices & to our utter delight we were booked & left just 16 days later! We had the most amazing two week trip with everything going to plan better than we could have imagined.
We saw & did SO much & felt on a high for the whole trip.We had experienced guides wherever we went and saw a wonderful selection of wildlife & took part in amazing experiences. The Virgin rainforest is an incredibly special place. Guyana had never been on our holiday radar but it proved to be up there with some of the best adventures we’ve ever had ( and we are pretty well travelled). We are so grateful that Naturally Travels hi-lighted such a great destination & tempted us followed by a huge effort to quickly pull together a really special trip.
We highly recommend them as a travel company that really listen & take note of their clients needs & requests & truly care that each trip goes well.

We had a lot of interactions with Naturally travels to make our holiday to Tobago perfect, they answered all our questions, arranged all the trips we wanted and made helpful suggestions about accommodation choices. In terms of the holiday itself, Naturally Travels arranged four different guides for our various trips to see bird, wildlife and the island itself and while it was not peak season for this, we did see a lot. Tobago is a great place to visit, the people are all so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend a visit and travelling with Naturally Travels

I highly recommend this company. They suggested a great itinerary for my 10 day request and everything worked out perfectly. We had quite a few private and shared transfers from hotel to hotel or arranged excursions and they all worked like clockwork. We were met at reception by very professional and friendly people on every occasion. It was a great peace of mind to know we had a local contact in Costa Rica even though we didn’t need them. We thought the price was great for the quality of hotels that we stayed in and the comfort and quality of the tours and transfers. We found that we did not need to buy a sim for our phones as most of the transport had WiFi and it was great quality in our hotels.
