The first week I started to take my Shilajit resin I experienced a noticeable increase in energy, better and less broken sleep. I work at a high stress and physically demanding job, I found my afternoon slumps to be well either gone or very minimal. As well as we begin to wrap up the holiday season I have not come down with any sickness !!! I have many little grandchildren and of course I love them to the moon and back, they share their love and germs (hehe) with grandma and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I feel supported on so many levels. I have entered peri- menopause and have noticed some of the symptoms that go along with have become much more mild and or manageable. In a nutshell shell I would definitely recommend to any and all family and friends! Oh and for anyone concerned about the flavour of the pure reason, as long as you and not taking it spoon to mouth I haven’t noticed any bad flavour, after taste what have you. I add it to my morning and evening tea after letting it cool just a bit as to not diminish any of the beneficial properties. I will definitely be a repeat costume!!

I did an independent test of the Shilajit Resin which showed the following levels of heavy metals:
Arsenic: 1302 micrograms/kg
Cadmium: 163 micrograms/kg
Lead: 1103 micrograms/kg

I have been a customer of Shilajit for a few years. After each order arrived, I received a phone call to make sure the order arrived and if I had any questions. This was a surprise to me. However; I needed to cancel my order. This proved to be harder than I thought. I did write a review about how difficult it was. I called, no answer, I text, no answer. I became very frustrated with the process. Once I wrote my review, the company contacted me quickly and solved my issue. Sometimes it does help to leave a review whether negative or positive. They contacted me several times asking me to write a new review. They even offered to rewrite the review for me to which I said NO!! Overall, the service/company has been helpful, no issues getting my order each month. According to my research the company needs to use more fulvic acid in their Shilajit. Charlotte
