Really disappointed with this bath mat

Really disappointed with this bath mat, definitely wouldn't recommend it. It looks nice but it doesn't absorb much at all and it's started discolouring very quickly. We've only had it for 3 months and I emailed customer service and they said we need to sand it. As if anyone has time for that...

Response also said “Sorry you aren't happy with the bath mat you ordered in Nov 2025” as if I shouldn't be complaining because it's been so long… I ordered it on Nov 28 its been about 3 months. I'm sure most people would expect it to be in fine shape.

Great Product and Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a set of bathmats from Natural Step and I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the service I received.

When my order arrived, one of the bathmats was broken. I contacted them about the issue, and they immediately sent out a replacement bathmat. Fantastic!
