I had an exceptional experience
I had an exceptional experience. I was looking for raw food for my German Shepherd, as the local shop had closed down. I found them online, made a phone call, and received advice and redirection to the correct website to place the order, which arrived the same day. I have ordered from them since then.

Great products and local business
We’ve used Natural Treats for a few years now. Our dogs love everything they get- raw food, rabbits ears and fish skins. And it gets delivered to our home. Fantastic service and lovely people.

A independent natural pet shop that truly cares
I’ve been visiting Natural Treats Bristol for around 10 months now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The team is not only friendly and genuine but also incredibly knowledgeable — they truly care about the nutrition and overall health of your pet.
Their raw food deals are fantastic, and the variety they offer goes well beyond that. I’ve loved watching their growth from the smaller store to the spacious, beautifully kept location they have now — it’s a real testament to their hard work and passion.
The shop itself is always clean and well-stocked. It can get a little busy during restocking times, so if you’re bringing an anxious pup, I’d suggest popping in during quieter hours (afternoons or early evenings close to closing have worked best for me).
Overall, this is a gem of a store run by people who genuinely care — both about pets and their owners.

Really glad I found this company , lots of products and the best thing is price and that they deliver locally in a freezer box .
They also take note of delivery instructions, most other companies don’t! So much variety too.
