I wouldn’t use them again. They charged me £8.99 to return a pair of shoes and not only that I had to chase for the return label and then chase for my return which took 9 days after it had arrived back with them.
I love barefoot shoes, I have many Vivos, Xero shoes etc but these clogs I ordered were flippers, as wide at the back as the front. However just on the returns process alone, I won’t be ordering again.

I have purchased shoes for my husbands birthday and as this was the first time using Naturcontact I could have used my 10% off voucher but I forgot. The communication with the team (Emily) was super easy and super fast. They really are very good at what they do and keeping their customers happy. The shoes did fit like a glive too. Very happy with everything

These are so comfortable, I usually have to break shoes in before I can wear them properly but these were exceptionally comfy from the start.

The shoes were lovely as always but not fond of Evri as a delivery service. They tell me parcel is coming about 5 mins before it does. Too bad if you are out. Much prefer DPD. But maybe depends on your area.

The shoes are a wonderful fit very comfortable i may never wear any other shoes. Delivery was quick and prices with the discount very reasonable.

Bought these for general summer wear and with potential for longer walks. So far, they are comfortable and the length fit is true to size.
I have low volume feet and will need to shorten the straps so they secure my feet properly and don’t leave too much length to catch on things whilst walking. I have had this problem with other barefoot sandals and credit to Naturcontact for having enough overlap on the Velcro so I can get a secure fit in the first place; in my experience some other brands don’t.
The sandals are comfortable for everyday wear. The padding on the heel strap is great, as this can be a common rubbing point.
I won’t be using the sandals for longer walks as I find that even with the adjustable straps, my foot still moves around on the footbed. I cannot get a secure enough fit to withstand uneven terrain. The foot movement might also cause rubbing over a longer walks, but I haven’t tested this.
Overall, good sandals, though perhaps not ideal for people with low volume feet unless they are willing to shorten the straps.

The customer service response about a problem with my winter Naturcontact books was brilliant and I was able to purchase these lovely trainers at an incredibly affordable price as a result. The shoes are lovely - funky and stylish, and very comfortable. After being on my feet on uneven ground over a long day and night, they were still comfortable - my feet and ankles ached but hopefully the shoes will help to build up the muscles in my feet.

Shoes were easy to order, dispatched promptly and arrived on time.

I love this company! My first pair of winter shoes in 2023 sold me. This last season I got the boots, and I'm on my second pair of summer shoes as well. Every conversation I've had with customer service has been delightful in every way. I tried one other brand of barefoot shoes in the meantime, and lasted about a day before returning here. Naturcontact is quality made and COMFORTABLE!! 100% will be back, again and again and again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a 5 which were slightly to small(I did measure my feet…add 1/2 centimetre to be sure). easily returned and size 6 sent speedily. Very comfortable and easy to put! Love them.

Bought Tracker Vegan Leather Barefoot Shoes in Nov 2025. Today, in May 2026, after very minimal use (I was mainly using wellies over the winter) I find that the sole has come away from the body of the shoe, and a hole has formed in the toe. Appalling quality, and a waste of money -- item is entirely unfit for purpose.

Aramid Contact 3.0® Durable Barefoot Shoes for Sport & Everyday are really comfy barefoot shoes, I have never worn barefoot shoes before, I would definitely recommend this style. I was at the high end of a size 5 and lower end of a size 6, I went for the 6. Ordering and sending back the size 5 was easy with no complications thanks to Emily. Would recommend, I will definitely look out for other styles.
