Unreliable due to constant cancellations
Customer service used to be fantastic as did the products. In the last 2 months they have cancelled the mini wet food & the dry food which had only just recently been produced.
We are now left in a situation where we have to have an immediate change of food as we were relying on the subscription service.
At this point they basically have no products left to sell and they just decide they aren’t bothering anymore.
If you want reliable food for your dog, this is not the company for you.

Don’t know if this is because of the food but since my dog has been on it she has begun to loose her furr 🤷🏼♂️
Going to take her off and see if it clears up.
Again I’m not blaming the food but seems very odd.

I bought the 18 pack fish and it smelt good and good ingredients. I then bought the lamb and the smell got progressively worse through the case. Today’s smelt of actual poo, hence I’ve come online and realised it’s a common problem.
Not great
Customer service have stopped replying to emails, I've had two ignored in the past couple of weeks now.
Site is cumbersome and very slow to load, subscription system is glitchy, and it's not the best value food either.
Packaging for the dry food is a bit naff too, for what it costs it's just a white bag with a label slapped over it. The wet food seems to be hit or miss too, sometimes my dog doesn't like certain cartons. They've also missed items on my subscription a few times in the past.
Overall not the best out there, if it was more in the budget range you could maybe justify all the missteps, I've decided to move to a different brand.
My very fussy collie loves this food
My very fussy collie loves this food. Had a tiny issue with one of the cartons of chicken and rice, contacted customer services to advise and they were superb. Issue was throughly investigated and now have more confidence in this company than before. They truly care about quality control and happy doggos.
Bought the fish & veg cartons
Bought the fish & veg cartons. Pack of 18 off amazon. On opening the 1st pack, I was hit with the most horrendous smell,I thought maybe it had gone off, opened another 4 & all the same. It reminded me of the Tripe dog food!! We use Arden Grange fish & Chappie, so we are use to fish smells, but this made me gip.

Recipe seems to have changed
I’ve always bought this and my dogs used to love it, but the last couple of packages both dogs won’t touch it, so I’m wondering why it’s changed so much. There doesn’t seem to be much veg like there used to be and the colour has changed. Can you please let me know if the recipe has changed ? Thanks

Naturediet dog treats - disappointing change
This review is in relation to the Naturediet treats. The recipe and (packaging) has recently undergone a really disappointing (and in my opinion) pointless change, from being soft easily tearable semi moist treats to almost biscuit like bullets in a novelty bone shape. My aged dogs have very few teeth and are dependent on daily medication which was easily concealed in the former soft treats, this is no longer possible with the new treats. Why mess with something that wasn’t broken?

Still happy with this food after 7 years
Naturediet (Feel Good) was recommended 7 years ago by a trainer friend for our 4 rescues (mastiff, staffie, collie cross, Chinese Crested Hairless). We use over 200 cartons a month. It's the only food the dogs get excited about. They lick the bowls clean & we get no upset tummies (a bonus with an 8 stone mastiff😁). All the dogs have kept in great condition as they aged, a healthy weight, with lovely coats & skin & no joint problems. Vet visits have been few & far between. We prefer the lamb as they are firmer & easy to cut into bite sized pieces. The Tetrapacks are a great improvement on the old trays if a bit hard to open. I'm very happy with this food & not looking to change. Sadly, our beloved mastiff died a month ago at a grand old age. Hopefully, we have found another, a youngster (already 40kg) who needs some TLC after a bad start in life. Naturediet will play a part in that.

Never again!
After being unable to get my dogs usual brand,I saw this food on Zooplus so thought I would give it a try. Why oh why did I do this. After being unable to wrestle the carton open, I gave up and used some scissors yet still managed to cover my hands in escaping liquid. I was then hit with the most vile smell ever. Decomposing flesh would probably smell better. Looking into the carton was what I can only describe as a grey/brown slimey lump of something. There was no way that this was coming out of the carton by itself, so I scooped a bit out with a spoon ,which stuck to the spoon like a thick glue. Really not sure how to describe the texture. Sort of thick sticky sludgy paste stuff. Unable to cut it, or make the lump into smaller pieces (which is how my dog likes to eat wet food), I smeared it around the bowl a bit and put it down for him. He looked at it, sniffed it, licked it and walked away. I thought I would leave it down a while to see if he would come back to it, but after about 3 minutes of covering my nose while trying not to breathe in too much of the decomposing flesh smell, I came so close to actually vomiting that I had no choice but to get it out of the house and bin it. Bought a tray of 16 so a total waste of money. They are all going in the bin.
*Edit* This review is based on the Fish flavour Purely. The Chicken flavour Purely has been fine.

Lamb smells off.
I thought I'd try the 18 pack of Lamb from Amazon for the first time. On opening it the smell was disgusting so I opened two more and they were the same. The meat smelt totally off. Amazon will not refund dog meat so Ive just wasted a load of money. Will deffo be not recommending your products.

Caused a seizure resulting on our dog being PTS
We opened the packet and found some pink plastic in the meat, checked it through and couldn't see anything more. Fed this to our dog for the first time Monday evening...In the night he was so ill he had an upset tummy and pooed all around the house and up the walls which he's never done in his 12 years of life, it was still firing out of him the next day and he got so weak he couldn't walk. He then had an awful episode of multiple seizures last night where he was rushed to the vets as he went stiff as a board and had to be put to sleep.
Having read other reviews i am convinced this is most definitely caused by this food, its the only thing that was changed with him, 2 days before he was running round like a puppy.
Cleans his bowl up 😋
He really used to have awful stinky wind, and running poops but this food has sorted him out
I buy in bulk off Amazon (saves a ton of money)
I mixed half a packet with biscuits morning and night for him
It that good you will notice…
It is good dog food because my dog has bundles more energy crazy really running around in rings just after 5 days
Top Quality Dog Grub
Been giving this to my Saluki puppy since brought home from rescue. Looks good, smells good, pup loves it. I like the cartons, how they stack, how they open. I like the ingredient listing......the adult one has 82% on All About Dog Food, although I can't find the puppy one on there atm.
Very reasonably priced. Bought from Zooplus but will do a price comparison with direct from manufacturer. Love the fact its made in England and I can support their business whilst making my puppy healthy and happy 🐶.....not given 5 star as obviously only been using for 3 weeks.

I recently brought 18 packs of mixed packs upon opening lamb and rice was a very offensive smell tried a fish one the same gave my pointer and Labrador a very small amount but decided to not use it glad I did my as he had a very upset tummy. Took back to shop I purchased them from they kindly let me sell to another brand won t use it again

My doggy too has suffered in a similar way and I agree it is batch dependent....I have now found out which batch and have sorted out dozens of them as I buy in bulk. He gets awful upset digestion and the lamb is pink so obviously under-cooked. The manufactures are not interested and make excuses about the time of year affects the colour of the lamb...really????

Our fussy Shepsky loves it!
We own a very fussy Shepsky and have tried various brands, including dry, wet and raw. However, NatureDiet was recommended to us by a fellow dog owner and we will never look back!
Very reasonably priced and easy to use - no cut fingers on tins in this house anymore!
Most importantly, our fussy fur-baby scoffs the lot and is maintaining a healthy weight, shiny coat and content nature... considering she has 3hours of exercise a day she is doing great on it. I've even considered eating NatureDiet myself!

I am disgusted with Naturediet - caused colitis
I am disgusted with Naturediet. After feeding my Border Collie on their Feel Good Lamb Dog Food Trays for over 10 years with perfect results I changed to their new Tetra paks early this year. Within days my dog had severe colitis/enteritis, cured immediately when I switched to Burns Lamb & Brown Rice Dry Dog Food (used previously as a top-up) even though the ingredients were almost identical. This trial was repeated many times over the following months. Sometimes I got several days or even weeks without problems but this seems batch dependent as a new box of 18 cartons of Naturediet would bring back the colitis. I did read that Naturediet had changed their cooking to a lower temperature and longer time. Whether this is the problem or if it is something else I don't know but the recipe is supposed to be unchanged.
The last straw was when a single carton of Naturediet from a new box given after over a week on Burns without problems brought on colitis complete with mucus and drops of blood on the kitchen floor - so bad she couldn't even wait to be let out.
I am furious at the loss of money as I bought a full year's stock as usual at the start of the year but I have decided I have to stop using Naturediet. 144 cartons were given to Hillside Animal Sanctuary during Lockdown but I had hoped to use the rest interspersed with Burns but this causes too much distress for my dog and problems for me cleaning her up so I am giving my remaining 100 cartons to the RSPCA shop in Cromer.
Clearly I will never buy Naturediet again. So if I could give negative marks I would. In contrast I can't recommend Burns Dry food too much.

Our rescue dog loves this
Our rescue dog loves this. We give her dry and a spoonful of wet and it barely touched the sides. Love the packaging of the wet food, easy to open and recyclable.
