I purchased magnesium glycinate. I am 55 years old feeling fatigue with heavy eyes. I have been taking this product for the past 7 days and now I am feeling so much better.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and literally called straight away to cancel which they said they were unable even though they also confirmed that the order wasn’t fulfilled yet. Awful customer service and wouldn’t recommend.

In response to your reply, Gavin, yes Gill did try to help and in our first conversation she said she could clearly see that the order had not yet been fulfilled so was able to cancel it. She just needed her colleague to get to the office to help with this. I literally phoned in as soon as it was 9am to cancel an order I put in that same day at 7am by mistake which I explained to Gill on the phone. I would understand the reasoning of not being able to cancel an order once it had been fulfilled and would have no problem with this. What I am appalled by is that you refused to cancel the order, despite Gill confirming it had not yet been fulfilled so no real reason this could not be done - as confirmed by Gill herself. Please issue my refund asap, which I have now had to pay to send back to you, and also cancel my account with yourselves as I will not be using this company again.

Excellent service recieved the mountain blood te next day

Products are always delivered in a timely manner, and the quality of the products is excellent. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my well-being since taking the products offered by Nature Provides and the service is spot-on! I don’t think I could go anywhere else now after using Nature Provides.

Ordered this a month ago and hadn't received any email stating delays. However I emailed and had an apology. My shilajit came today with a complimentary gift for their delay. I think communication with your buyers must change in order for people not to think this is a scam.

Great products, prompt delivery

The Boswellia Serratta is a high strength 65% Boswellic Acid, that is needed to obtain the results. The quality is excellent. The price for 180 capsules is excellent, as is the quick delivery. I have just switched to this product and will buy again.
