Lovely forage and service

Easy ordering
Easy ordering, fast delivery, packaged well. My tadpoles have become froglets and we have hundreds, so they have thrived on the tadpole food.
The birds absolutely loved the filled coconut shells too!

What started with a delivery problem
What started with a delivery problem, made worse by the fact that the jars are not labelled at all, was owned and dealt with by the customer services team, positively and swiftly. Five stars for after sales. Hopefully packaging and printing will follow their lead. The birds seem too like the product emptying the jars quickly. Blue tits, Woodpeckers, to name two of many.

Poorly packaged and huge price increase!
I love this product but every time I have ordered it arrives with a split bag so the pellets are mixed with the cardboard packaging. The box is also not secure and the pellets come out from the joins so it wastes food. It has also increased by about £10 per bag which I feel is too much. I love the product but these two things will probably mean I won't purchase again.
