Ordering is easy and I like natural items. My only complaint is sometimes the herbal sleep works and other times no and it doesn't last long enough. HSN works great. Wish I could order more but cost prevents me. Using online is difficult for me. I wish a catalog to read wasn't so expensive to print.

I bought an item from Nature's Sunshine and called with a question about the product before using it and the customer service person had no idea, couldn't answer anything about the product except for reading the description, did not offer to connect me to someone who could answer, only said that there might be a health food store that carries their products And maybe I could call them I did call the health food store and the owner told me that Nature's Sunshine had been bought out by several companies including Vanguard.
