Disgusting experience with them ... after payment they will not respond until u tried them 4 to 5 times .. there is so much descripency between wht they told and what is happening in real. After booking hotel in gangtok the room was totally different from wht they said after asking they said there is no availability of tht type room but as per hotel room was available on the same date.. the second experience when I m booking for.puri they said there is no room available bt the room is available when I checked the website. In short I only can say they are not trustable people wht they said and wht exactly happen once tou paid them they will talk to you rudly . They even didn't respond ur call

Horribel experience: requested a price and availability for our summer vacation (10 days in summer 2021), received the offer, accepted and booked the flight for the trip.
Half a day later they told us the price was not correct and we had to pay nearly 1000€ more for the housing.
They didn't want to negotiate on that anymore, I asked them to stick to their offer and their word since I booked the (non-refundable) flights for the whole family already.
After offering that we could come in spring or fall (not possible for us) they just stopped the communication and left us alone with our loss for the flight tickets. We couldn't find any (!) other acceptable accomodation.
Unbelievable.
