Incorrect panels and poor customer service

After seeing some full height oak panels in the sale, I enquired if they had the stock I wanted. Following multiple emails with a customer service agent called ‘Emily’. I was told they could supply the items as a bespoke order at the price online. I thought this was great! A payment link was sent and she stated that due to their system it would need to be put through as a half height panel but not to worry the order would be for the full height panel. I checked via email - she allayed my concerns and the order was placed. Delivery was delayed but not too much and I received lots of emails telling me when they arrive. On delivery - the problems started: half height panels had arrived. I emailed instantly to say the wrong panels had arrived and needed a return (and new panels to be sent). I received a terse email back and referral to the returns policy. Which would cost me money and an admin fee for the mistake made by Naturewall. Following lots of emails with ‘Maisie’, Emily was no where to be seen, the phone line is always closed no matter what time you call we are no further to a resolution. Other than being blamed for getting ‘my wires crossed’ and I have received the right product regardless of proving ‘Emily’ stated the panels were full height. The only benefit being in this sorry affair is that I paid through Klarna. So formal complaint sent, Klarna payments paused and awaiting sense to prevail prior to a small claims court action if not.

AWFUL SERVICE - PLACED AN ORDER 16/01/26... NOW 23/01/26 AND MY ITEM HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED WITH NO REASON GIVEN. THIS WAS FOR A PROJECT WHICH IS NOW OVER DUE AND HAD TO GO ELSE WHERE FOR THIS ITEM. STILL NO ITEM OR REFUND ISSUED AFTER SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES. ASKED TO RAISE Q COMPLAINT AND BEEN IGNORED. Fantastic product (Silva pvc oak panels)

After reading some negative reviews I was a little apprehensive ordering, they are currently the only supplier of the pvc oak panelling for bathrooms, so I had to hope for the best. The panels arrived in perfect condition only a few days late from pre order delivery date. I was kept well informed by the customer service team and delivery was flawless the guys were really helpful and panels were perfect. The panels themselves are really high quality for the price and looks absolutely fabulous I can not recommend the panels and company enough!

Received wrong order

We ordered 3 panels. Only 1 arrived the correct colour way and the other two are incorrect! I mean seriously, it says it on the box how do they get it so wrong! The single correct panel is also damaged. They’re made of PVC and don’t look as good as on the website. The wooden grooves don’t exist and it’s all flat. Cheap and poor customer service. They’re customer service number is ‘closed’ which seems convenient for them.

Excellent Customer Service

By no fault of theirs our panels got damaged in transit, but the customer service team were excellent. They responded immediately and were very helpful in getting the damaged items replaced. Customer service seems to be something many companies neglect and it’s refreshing to find a company that takes it seriously.

Shower panels

Ordered 7 panels and associated trim pieces on 16/11. Wasn’t expecting until 3/12. Didn’t arrive until 10/12. All panels were incorrect ones (oak slatted revived and ordered grey marble effect) and trim was damaged. Finally delivered correct panels on 2/1 but trim had one missing. Offered a partial refund. Still haven’t received that.
Emails take ages to get replies, phone lines open infrequently.

Extremely poor experience

Extremely poor experience - product is very low quality, same as any other cheap product. Save your money and if you want cheap, you can find cheaper elsewhere.

Delivery, has been at least frustrating. 2 orders back2back and each time half of the items arrived. It required multiple emails and still after almost 2 weeks, we do not have the items for our project.

Customer support has apologized multiple times for the delays but, the bottom line is that they never accepted responsibility for not receiving the items and now our project is super delayed and we need to reschedule the fitters - another 3-4 weeks delay.

Super unhappy and we will be returning the items and purchase elsewhere.

WARNING

WARNING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are so incompetent, they will take your money, and that’s all you will hear from them.
I placed my order for the panels with this company in November last year. December came, and I still hadn’t heard anything from them. I ended up chasing them for it and was told it would take 2-4 working days from December 12th. By that time, the panels still weren’t here, and I still hadn’t heard from them. I gave them extra time, but still nothing. I communicated twice by email and once by phone. Now it’s January 8th, and the panels are still not here.

I bought 2 lots of wall panels a month ago, and nothing no explanation on what’s going on nothing. I’ve emailed customer services and no reply. These panels are not cheap, be careful with this company when ordering.

Ordered panels on 23rd November…
Didn’t receive our panels after a few weeks of waiting, contacted via email and waited days for a response. Was promised items would be dispatched the following week with an offer of a partial refund. Unsurprisingly, our items never arrived. So, I then asked for a full refund, was promised this yet still haven’t received it. We’re now almost 6 weeks down the line and no sign of the bathroom panels or our refund! ☹️
Shocking customer service, avoid and shop elsewhere.

Great products, minimal communication

I bought 6 of the deep walnut grand panels in two separate orders. The panels are great quality and just as I'd imagined, but communication is minimal during the lengthy delivery times. Each order took about a month to arrive, which I wouldn't mind except for the radio silence. The support team were responsive however once I chased my order, so no complaints there.

Damaged item received, no response as yet from company

One wall slat arrived and it was damaged. An inch long piece of veneer was missing. I sent a message to Naturewall immediately with pictures. That was five days ago I am still awaiting a response. At this time I would not recommend this company.
