I’ve just put a claim in with my bank for the cheeseboards I never received just got 2 fans and a Christmas stocking ☹️I put the claim in at 6-45 this morning and had the money in my account by 8 am ! Try and claim from your bank , this so called company need to be shut down ! They asked for me to send the fans and Christmas stocking and they’ed refund me the postage , no chance didn’t fall for that thank goodness !

I ordered 2 cheese boards and was sent to 2Santa stockings.
What an absolute scam.
Be warned, don't buy a single thing from this website.
I only gave one star because there was no other option. I wouldn't give it any.

No stars. I had an email so corresponded with a Sophia. The silly fans they sent needed to be returned before refund. Paid £8.30 sent picture if parcel and receipt and they stopped communication after they told me a full refund for cheeseboards and returned packaged. I paid through PayPal. I told them the story and they refunded my money just today please chase your banks. I have the email if you need to speak to the company PayPal want you to try retrieve your money with them first.
Please do I what I did. They need to be stopped as they are a fraudulent company. My money transfer went to "Zhiyuan'. Not recognised on Trust pilot.
Keep reporting and I hope you get your money back.
Don't send any products back as PayPal will not be able to refund the money.

Please do not order from this site. Ordered 2 cheeseboards at beginning of November and contacted company stating they were delayed. Received 2 small Xmas stockings today very poor quality on same shipping number. An obvious scam

Ordered two cheeseboards in oct and had numerous excuses as to why they havent arrived. Had I known they were coming from China I would not have ordered them as goods from there seem to vanish in transit

The only reason I am giving them a 1 star out of 5 is because XIONERT ALVARADO deserves a billion stars out of 5 !
I made a purchase for the first time on 09/23/2020 and it was finally delivered on 10/23/2020.
called at least 10 times and always spoke with different people who promised to help me get my purchase to no avail until Xionert happened !
If I should ever dare to make another purchase it will be through XIONERT AND XIONERT ALONE ! THANK YOU XIONERT !

I chatted twice with George M (Jorge) and he did his very best to find the right product I was looking for. Unfortunately, the exact product was discontinued by the manufacturer but still I ordered the updated product which has a somewhat different mineral formulation, but nonetheless still a great multivitamin product for the money. My husband and I have been using these particular vitamins for almost 10 years now and absolutely love them. I've never yet found an equivalent replacement. I was very happy to find these at your store and very pleased with the chat help from George/Jorge M.
