A place to consider the consumer's position

The product did not arrive for more than 30 days, so I asked for a refund, and they gladly accepted it. There was no conflict with the store from the purchase to the end. In the end, luckily, the product arrived safely, canceled the refund, and I am using the product well. I have used it so far and I will continue to use as I am quite satisfied with the quality.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - there was a problem with delivery (not their fault) but they followed up with me of their own accord, making sure I got what I needed in the end. Pleasure to order from!

Generally a positive shopping experience

I edited my initially less positive review because there was a delay in customer service responding to my email after a package got lost in transit but in the end the issue was resolved and I got a refund,
Before this, I never had a problem with this company and generally enjoy shopping there. They have a very good point system, discovery boxes and free international shipping.

Highly disappointing and poor/useless customer service

My sister ordered from Naturissimo a few times and never experienced any problems with delivery - in fact, she highly recommended your website. I placed my first order about a month ago and still waiting for it. I contacted the customer service after the 21 business days passed for international order to qualify as “lost” and did not receive any answer. Honestly, I am highly disappointed with the poor customer service (i.e. non-existent) and my overall experience with Naturissimo…I never ever write reviews but I wish to warn all of those who hesitate to buy from Naturissimo- to them I say: don’t buy, it’s not worth the hasstle and you’ll probably lose your money.

I am surprised to see some bad reviews here. I have never had any issues with customer service, even though there were some problems with the delivery a few times (BTW it happens all the time with PostNL in the Netherlands...). Every time I contacted them – they kindly offered me a solution. I can't be more grateful.

Fast losing trust in this company.

Fast losing trust in this company.. after a good couple of years of spending a lot of money with them. Order never arrives (largely due to Evri I’m sure) but still the customer service lets me down when I get an automated response to my email which I hurriedly sent on my way to work only to realise the next day when I get time to look at it that it’s just a bot response and my email hasn’t even been read by a human. It asks to respond if this doesn’t answer your query which I then do yet still heard nothing from Naturisimo regarding the missing order I placed nearly two weeks ago! Also goody bags are a range of sample size products which no doubt were given to Naturisimo free of charge from the brands yet they charge the customers at least £20 for the boxes/bags!

All good until you have issues with a…

All good until you have issues with a product. They tried to help which is good but they don't have the policies on their side to fully help as it is a smaller website and probably don't have insurance like cult beauty or space nk where they would be able to instantly replace the product or refund. I was sent a smaller value item until they contact the brand which is kind but would have been easier to replace original item and not keep customer waiting for something that will probably never happen.

Also with natural products keep in mind they go off much quicker as they don't have the same amount of preservatives to keep fresh so next time will order somewhere else with better exchange policy.

Really poor service when an issue occurs

I have placed 2 orders and both have not shown up. Really poor at resolving when issues occurs, placed my first order nearly 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it. When i first contacted after a week i was told to wait a few more days and it would arrive. Never received my order and the company has not been helpful, I emailed countless times and still waiting for this to be resolved. My 2nd order has no scans on it since it shipped and have had no update on this order from Naturisimo at all.
Really poor shopping experience

Great, reliable place for skincare

Great rewards program, quick shipping, amazing customer service and some amazing product lines. I've never had issues with breakouts or irritations from any of the skincare brands (which recently happened when I tried a different online shop with supposedly "luxury" formulations) so far and love some of the niche brands they stock. I always have glowing skin and always tell friends to try skincare from here.

Totally Well Voucher Not Working on their Website - Do not pick up the phone

I was given a Totally Well Voucher when leaving my job with the NHS - I registered my voucher on the totally well website and then tried to purchase my gift but the code is not being recognised by the NATURISMO website. So I called them... nobody answers, you are unable to leave a message and then it just cuts you off! Will be using my voucher elsewhere!

Naturisimo is simply amazing

I take reviews very seriously when it comes to a company's reputation because I know how much they can impact sales in the long run. I really, genuinely highly recommend Naturisimo for anyone who thinks to change their lifestyle to a bit more sustainable and healthy one. They are very responsive, their customer service is simply incredible, and the range of products is quite amazing as well. Delivery is super fast and trustworthy. What else to expect when ordering? 10/10 easily.

Naturisimo have a great product range & customer service

Naturisimo have a great product range. It's become increasingly important for me to buy natural skincare & make-up to avoid toxic chemicals and also be kinder to the environment. There was an issue with my last order but Tisha in the customer service team sorted it straight away and sent some nice samples for the hassle. Will definitely continue to purchase from Naturisimo.
