I see that more goods i order more delivery costs I'd pay. Shouldn't this be vice versa? Also reading the reviews (thank you for sharing) I don't want to receive additional import tax invoice for ordering to Switzerland.. So i won't order from that site which is a pity because i really like the products.
Although a Swiss site, paid in CHF with postage and handling, swiss customs was not paid by Naturitas and therefore I was left with the extra charge. Nearly 15% extra so not worth it at all.
Then the customer support with a type form made it hard to get in touch. Once in touch, apparently not their issue...
Watch out if you are planning to order here. I ordered on naturitas.CH but is has nothing to do with switzerland expet the domain. The stuff is coming from Spain oder Netherlands and you will be charged alot when ordering here.
I was looking for a specific product and found it at Naturitas. Only later did I read the negative reviews on Trustpilot and got a bit concerned - but for no reason. The shipment was sent out almost immediately after my order and payment and arrived internationally within the usual amount of days. The products are in great condition, fresh and genuine as should be. I can't complain; in fact, I'm happy there is such a shop that can provide me with these specific brands. Thank you!!!
