This was the first time I have ordered from this company on the recommendation of a friend. I was very happy with the goods both the quality and the speed which they arrived in excellent condition.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! No adequate protection for glass jar with syrup that arrived broken and empty. DPD hid the empty jar and box in another box and pretended it's okay.
Delivery REFUSED.

An order placed and paid on june 18, 2025 for delivery on july 1st and never arrived. No communication from Naturitas and no way to reach them. I'm forwarding the file to my legal advisor.

Don´t deliver to your home even though one has ordered home delivery. And Naturitas does nothing to recitify the problem!

Delivery promised for May 6 but arrived today. For me no problem as ulilization not required immediately;

Unfortunately I’m changing my review from 5 stars to one. I’ve been purchasing flour and grains from the site for the past couple of years, and been really happy with the service. I purchase one large order per month so I don’t have to pay for shipping. I’ve always received 2 boxes as one box would be too heavy for for what I buy. I’ve now been told by customer service that due to new shipping policy (10 kg per box) by Mondial I can no longer choose that option for shipping. Which is completely ridiculous as none of the boxes I received in the past weighed 10 kg. I will have to change vendor, too bad.

Ordering process was easy and shipping quick. I have had no problems that would require contacting their customer service and will continue to use them.

it would be nice to receive all the shipment at once.

I was a customer on Naturitas.pt for a few years. Now that I am in France, I use Naturitas.fr. Sadly, it does not have the range of products the other store has. They don't even carry rice vinegar (not sushi rice vinegar) or beluga lentils. They don't carry many of the Schar products, they don't carry Quin Bite GF cookies. They don't carry any of the vegan ice creams, or even the good Kombucha brands. They don't even have some of the same supplements. It is very unfortunate. I need the other products and thought Naturitas would carry the same items. I find French cookies to be way too sweet. Anything GF cookie or cracker I have tried in France is way too sweet. I am thankful to be able to get some of the things I need however, but they could do better. In the city I can get most of what I need at the store, but if you are traveling or are in the suburbs, the natural stores might not even exist, making it essential to buy online.
