It's not cheap but whatever attracted you to naturopathy & its sibling subjects in the first place, you will find extends you into your subject here. The education is strong, whilst seeming to stick firmly to the traditional principles &foundations of naturopathy.

This will end up being one of the best things that you can do for yourself in your life. It will benefit not only you, but all your family and friends for the rest of your life. The knowledge you will gain regarding health matters will extend lives! This is should be mandatory education for all, especially those in government.

A very thorough course, the information provided gives you a solid foundation across the board to support clients, allowing you to go on and specialise in desired field to research further.
The course really highlights the impact you can make into your clients living a healthy life in a holistic fashion, showing it's not just one area but all different elements create wellbeing.

I've really enjoyed the health coaching course. The modules gave me an all round knowledge. I like the fact that it was not just exam based. There was an opportunity to have practical experience as well as assignments. The business module was a great add on as most coaches woud not have a business background. I feel very confident practising as a health coach having completed this course. I'll definitely recommend it.

Don't think you're too old to do this course! Time flies by and I have completed my first online semester of Biomed, which I didn't think I would manage working full time and a family to organise. The material is simplified, it's not all scary text books and there are live sessions and tutors around if you need them. I knew immediately I wanted to do this course but if you are on the fence, it's 100% worth it, you will always have and use this new knowledge (and potentially drive your friends and family mad quoting facts and pathologies to them). Just go for it!

A wonderful college with well set out resources for online learning. Well organised and very knowledgeable lecturers. I thoroughly enjoyed my health coaching course and feel prepared to begin my health coaching journey.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this course so far. The teaching and content has been great and the level of knowledge I’ve gained is far beyond what I expected. I’m excited to continue my final years and I’m already looking at add on courses to support my career in the future.

The content & delivery of the online Health Coaching course for the most part is good. I do feel that it may be better to study in person at one of the colleges rather than online as there is very little communication, support or connection with lecturers/staff.
On the rare occasion I had a question or needed support, it was met with short, sharp responses via email, made to feel as though bothering staff, particularly with the course Director.
Graduated with a really high grade but felt very disappointed with the way the course is run for online students and do not feel anywhere near confident enough to out into the world as a health coach.
Would be great to have a key member of staff to have contact with and be able to get support when needed. Just like you would be able to have a conversation with your lecturer if attending in person.
I would not study with CNM online again and would not recommend the online course to others based on my experience.

I highly recommend CNM. The overall quality of education and lecturers is excellent and I am so enjoying learning a new skill again. It is hard work and a lot to take in, but fascinating and very worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. While the courses may seem helpful at first glance, there’s a much darker side to how things are run here.
A number of the senior staff, including the founder use extremely aggressive and psychologically manipulative sales tactics. If you’re feeling uncertain, unwell, or vulnerable in any way, they seem to pick up on that and use it to push expensive programs that are often not appropriate or necessary for your situation.
Instead of offering genuine guidance, the focus is on constant upselling. I felt more like a target than a student. It became clear that the priority is profit, not people.
I also noticed an underlying belief system influencing the company culture that made me very uncomfortable. While everyone has the right to their own views, it becomes problematic when those beliefs start shaping how people are pressured or persuaded into purchases they don't need or can’t afford.
Please think twice before getting involved especially if you're in a vulnerable place or looking for sincere support.

I love this course. The lectures are very engaging and the lecturers very knowledgeable and experienced. I also feel very supported and the college has been very quick to come back and deal with any potential issues. The whole experience has been amazing and I would highly recommend it the course.

UPDATE - RESPONSE TO CNM'S REPLY
I’d like to clarify a few key points that were misrepresented or omitted entirely in your reply.
Firstly, I was not simply offered options in a neutral or supportive way. I was advised by the Director of Studies to return and sit an exam against medical advice in order to avoid having to repay and repeat modules I had already completed, something that I find deeply irresponsible and lacking in basic duty of care.
Secondly, while I appreciate that policies must be applied fairly, I submitted medical documentation outlining a pregnancy complication and also disclosed a diagnosed learning disability (ADHD). Under the Equality Act 2010, both should have qualified me for reasonable adjustments, instead, I was passed from person to person, offered no flexibility and only after raising a formal complaint and referencing legal grounds was a compromise offered.
You mention the £250 charge but this included both an admin fee and a fee increase, even though I had already paid upfront for my course. Nowhere in your terms and conditions is it clearly stated that students paying in full may still face future price increases if they require medically-advised time out. That lack of transparency is unacceptable.
You also suggest I’ve been supported in returning in 2027. What’s not mentioned is that I wanted to return in 2026 but CNM offers no Friday Biomedicine intake that September, the only day I can attend due to childcare. So deferring to 2027 was not a choice but a necessity created by limited scheduling and I’m now being financially penalised for that too.
I still believe in the value of the course content at CNM, which is why I’ve chosen to return. But as a loyal student, now on my third course I’ve been incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled. It has been stressful, emotionally draining and disheartening.
Students deserve transparency, compassion and fairness. I sincerely hope CNM reflects on how it treats students when real life challenges arise, not just respond with polite but ultimately dismissive statements.
ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW;
As a long-term CNM student of 3 years and ambassador for CNM, now on my third course, I expected a degree of understanding when I requested time out after a pregnancy complication. Instead, I was told I’d have to redo and repay for the lectures I’d already completed, unless I sat an exam while under medical advice not to.
Only after several emails and a formal complaint outlining CNM’s duty of care, their breach of that duty, and the potential for legal action did they agree to let me defer without repeating the course. Even then, I was charged £250 in admin and course adjustment fees, simply for following professional healthcare guidance.
The process was stressful, drawn-out and entirely lacking in the holistic, student-centred care CNM promotes.
Students should know that when real health challenges arise, the support may not match the values advertised. I hope CNM reflects seriously on how this was handled and takes steps to ensure no other student is made to go through the same.

My time at CNM was a deeply transformative experience. The course content provided a solid foundation in naturopathy and herbal medicine, that I wouldn’t get elsewhere, and I appreciated the blend of traditional knowledge and modern research. The lecturers were incredibly passionate and experienced, offering real-world insights that brought the material to life, the front of house staff are always so friendly and helpful (especially Laura!) and this course has been life changing honestly! I’m gonna miss college days!
