Kind staff. Easy communication. Smooth delivery.

Kind staff. Easy communication with accurate delivery times. Delivery was very smooth, and they kindly assembled the table for us. We are happy with the product (table and chairs) that we purchased. Would recommend this company to friends.

Horrible customer service

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We bought a table for 14000SEK and have already been waiting for two months without hearing anything since the order confirmation. We probably called customer service about 50 times and never got an answer. We also tried to contact them on social media and mail. There’s 0 transparency in their processes and they obviously don’t know how to deal with customers. If you want reliable service and transparency- don’t buy from Naturplank.

Update: Naturplank told me that my table will be delivered in week 34. Since then I haven’t heard anything - even after calling and texting several times AGAIN. At the end of week 35 I finally canceled my order (which was confirmed the same day). I’ve been waiting for a refund since then.

Update: After notifying the police and contacting our credit card company we finally got our money back (even though it took months). We never heard from customer service even after sending an email to them after they had replied to this post.

Njord table 220cm

We got the Njord table in 220cm and it is really beautiful! The delivery was on schedule and they assembled the table quickly. Very happy with our purchase.

Many mistakes, bad quality but customer service is the main issue.

1) Bought my table in February and said I wanted it delivered in week 17 because we were moving this week and had the week off. The table came one week later, because of ONE bank holiday in Denmark in week 16, which they had 3 months to plan for but they always find a bad excuse.
2) The table has huge scratches underneath and has a very poor finish. It has uneven smudges of the oil/wax all over, and when I clean it with a damp cloth the cloth sticks in the wood.
3) It is now July and Martin and his team have been ignoring my emails for a month now. The communication with this company is very bad, and nothing is ever their fault. They have promised me a 10% discount (because of the scratches underneath) and now they are not answering my mails.
4) Their answer to the oil/wax smudges on top, is that it is normal and I need to grind it down and oil/wax the table a few times myself. But this is a 10.000kr table and I expect it to be ready to use upon arrival! I accept that i need to give a wooden-table oil a few times a year, but it is unacceptable that i need to prepare the table for use before using it!

Disappointed. Still waiting for an answer...

Disappointed with our new table :( We received it 2 weeks ago and we had 3 problems:
1. The legs were scratched. Martin offered to replace them or give us 700dkk instead (nice way of handling a problem in my opinion, assuming that I will eventually receive the money...)
2. The table looks like it has an awful black stained. Martin says that it is normal, I cannot find such a huge stain in any of the pictures they have online but ok, I can learn to live with it.
3. One of the “tillægsplade” has a small white area with a little hole on it. Martin said that he cannot see the defect, that I should send him better pictures. I did and he says that he still cannot see the defect. I sent him a few more with a big red circle around the white defect over a dark table. No answer... :(
Overall I think it is a beautiful table but the price doesn’t match the quality we have received. If I could come back in time I would buy my table somewhere else.
