Halo extensions are very good, excellent colour match and the additional clips make it very secure. The side pieces look great too and are very handy.
However I can’t get the hang of the ponytail- great difficulty in securing it and getting it to look natural so unable to wear it sadly.

My order took two weeks to arrive (longer than stated online). I placed the order on 16th August, where it stated my shade would be in stock and dispatched on 20th August. The link sent in the confirmation email doesn’t work. I chased my order on 25th August and was told the hair still wasn’t in stock. No apology for the delay. The extensions were finally dispatched on 28th August and arrived on 30th August. Despite the delay and poor communication, the extensions are great quality and a perfect colour match. I bought the face framing pieces as my hair is fine, especially at the front. They look great! I have now ordered a second set to use at the sides (I have just below shoulder length hair, so they work well with my length, to give me a bit of extra thickness). They will also look great used for hair up, as my ponytails also look very fine! I’ll get my hairdresser to trim the ends a bit, so they’re not so blunt. Really pleased and worth the delay in delivery.

Customer care are great as are the extensions. Only ask would be for one of the wefts to be detachable to make for a less full bodied option as can get hot etc

Hard to do a review as I ordered the incorrect colour my fault.
The quality of the hair was really good but not able to use, the company kindly offered exchange or refund.

This company is doing really well i wasn't expecting these clip in extensions to be this good, the hair is really good and a great match for mine you can't even tell you have clip extensions in, I wish I knew about these sooner, they really make a difference when there in I absolutely love them I love the colour and also how thick my hair looks at the front, and they are Quick delivering them, ive got to say I would give these 10/10 for quality and highly recommended this company

Naturylextensions are a fab company with the best customer service. Delivery was prompt, and the after-sales care was brilliant. I originally ordered the copper shade, but it wasn’t the best match for me. I tried to lighten them myself, but unfortunately spoiled them.

By chance, I was contacted by their customer service team, who suggested I choose another colour — and to my delight, they replaced them free of charge! I’m over the moon with the replacement and so thankful for the amazing service I received. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Fantastic extensions. Colour is practically the same as my own.

I bought a 16" Halo style extension piece. The condition of the piece was good. The colour was good. Unfortunately my hairdresser who said she could cut it into my natural hair, pretty much cut 3/4 off. So I am left with a 4 inch Halo that is totally useless.

High quality extensions. It’s good you can buy test clip ins to see if they will suit. The frontal test clip ins were great to fill in my broken pieces at the front until they grow out.
I bought the brown balayage which blended in perfectly.
The delivery was fast and efficient too,

I'm so pleased a Google search led me to Naturyl Extensions!
I ordered 4 clip in face framers, they arrived very quickly, with continuous updates until they did so. The extensions are absolutely beautiful........great quality, a gorgeous colour ( mixed blonde) and excellent value for money!
The experience didn't end there. Naturyl Extensions continue to email very useful instructions on every aspect of how to care for the extensions. Their customer service in my opinion is second to none! Thank you for a great experience.

Firstly, I am so happy with my hidden wire extension, having made the wrong colour choice initially I contacted Naturyl and Cleo was absolutely great in her quick response and advised colour choice,
As for the hidden wire extension it has made such a difference to my own hair which is very fine, I went for the 12inch as being a women of a certain age I just wanted to add fullness, the hair itself is light to wear, looks natural and with a few goes easy to fit. I wore it for an evening out with family that 1st night and they were so impressed even to the point where there were a few second looks because they couldn’t initially work out the difference as the colour match was so good.
I cannot and would not wear the semi permanent extensions as my hair would not take it, this hidden wire extension is just the thing I needed to make me feel confident, I bought the soft brown blended shade and am so happy with the match. I would definitely recommend.

I can honestly say buying the clip in fringe extensions was the best decision ever. I ordered via amazon initially but now I know where to get them I will go directly. The quality and colour match is just brilliant and worth every penny. I think they are great value and will definitely buy again. I'm using mine to help give definition to my hair as it grows back after chemo so there are plenty of uses for them.

Absolutely adore the pair of clip in extensions for the front of the hair line. Somehow they were a perfect colour match, even without purchasing a sample. Thanks for making such a fab product.
