I used a lot of toys but whatever I bought from Naughty Nights it was my best experience ever

Great service, greater affordability, greatest products

Fake product (fleshlight)even though I didn't buy it,I asked the seller to show pictures of the actual product (feshlight)it was different than what's on website the actual product they sell is fake versions from china please don't buy them they are not made from superskin so don't waste so much money. They are all silicon based cheap material but using brand names just to sell.u can tell that buy the design of the fleshlight case and sleeve they are different. I highly suggest not to buy if your looking for genuine branded fleshlight that uses super skin material for the sleeve.

They have a bad return policy. Customer service team tries to convince you the product is not faulty by their standards. Eg. Their Suction cup only works on glass, which is not practical. To return, you need to ship the product back, they do not pick up. All this is not mentioned while buying

I used to buy toys from China, when things were available from there. Later I used to buy from.other websites. The silicon was quite cheap quality. When I was buying from Naughty Nights, I thought it would be the same.

But, I was rewarded with a box with Naughty Nights branding and the toys were of excellenct quality. Even the free lubricant was of high quality.

Would be buying more often now 😁

I have ordered 4 items from naughty nights in less then 6 months. I have had great product and customer service experience with them. Thanks to team for rerouting my order to a different destination when i had to move due to sudden plans.

Poor quality, One time use only. Worst experience with customer service. They said we can't do anything about this issue. You should have record while opening. I didn't no help received. So if you want to spend thousands for this poor quality product. choice is yours.

I was unable to receive my order in first attempt but executive was nice enough to reattempt it, the product is nice i give 5/5 for product and i wish i could give more then 5 for customer service.

The fleshlights on this site are fake. They want to make easy money by selling fake fleslights in the name of brand fleshlight.
