WARNING: Total scam website. The email "maildealer-2 (at) mdegggw.maildealer.jp" is bogus in the seemingly legit "order confirmation" No email followed after placing the order. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FROM THIS SITE.
EDIT: They did refund me the amount I paid for the orders because the items are no longer available and due to an "inventory mistake". It should not be listed in the first place if you cannot fulfill the orders. Overall, not a good experience dealing with this merchant

Unbeatable prices, but with a few concerns.
The prices and shipping were unbeatable, half of what I was able to find anywhere else. Got a whole order with shipping for what other stores in Japan were charging for shipping alone. The communication leaves a little to be desired. I received an automated confirmation email, but nothing until 6 days later when the order shipped. It was a bit of a harrowing wait since the prices seem too good to be true and I was concerned about possible fraud. Two days after the shipping notification, a 30 lb box was at my house in the Midwestern US. The prices and shipping don't make sense- in a good way. Another company priced the same items' weeks long freight shipping (just the shipping) at the same price as my ENTIRE order seemingly 2-day air shipped.
My only concern is that what is supposed to be a "Japanese designed and manufactured" item came inside its normal box, but also inside of a plain cardboard production box marked "Made in China" alongside the rest of the identifying information for the item. I can't say for certain whether the item is bootleg or not, but the quality is sufficiently high if it is. I guess I'll just hope the materials are safe...
Insane prices and shipping. Communication could use some work and the "Made in China" for a supposedly Japanese product is concerning, but I would shop there again barring negative reactions to the material.

The Prices are very Reasonable, But Communication needs work
The Prices are very Reasonable, Especially for Aussies like me since they accept AUD directly, But their Communication needs work, took a week for me to find out an item was out of stock which delayed the shipment, and I had to reach out to them to find that out, They should of sent an email the instant they found out there was an issue.

Customer service was great and even helped me pay using PayPal. I would recommend them for easy shopping! I wish they could add PayPal to the site soon.
