A fraud

A fraud! They sell merchandise you never receive!

Edit@26.03.2026: it's been 16 days since they explicitly promised an "immediate full refunds". I still haven't seen my money and they will keep illegally using my funds until bank processes charge back (many weeks).
That manipulative response is truly disgusting and exposes those people for who they really are.
How many people did they scam that they need an order number? It is pathetic and appalling attempt to trick the readers: "we are not frauds, we are trying to make it right".

Extremely Disappointed – No Response After Multiple Emails

I’ve sent countless emails to this company and never received a single reply. They sent me the wrong color item, and it was clearly their mistake based on what was shown on their website. To make things worse, their phone number doesn’t even work.

This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I expected at least some basic form of customer service, but I’ve been completely ignored. I highly recommend others think twice before ordering here — if anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

Delivery time 23 days...

I ordered a pair of snorkling fins on Nauti-wave.dk and 23 (!) days later they arrived...23 days?
I recieved maybe 4 order confirmations, but nothing stating that delivery would take that long.
Not ordering anything from them again...
