It is very early in my process but so far, so good. I’m happy that NAVA now accepts certain health insurance plans. Their call center, mobile, and virtual communications are very good, and their patient portal is user-friendly. I have just had my first 30-minute virtual consultation with a Nurse Practitioner, who reviewed my health goals and my medical history with me. This was followed by a call-center check-out desk representative who clearly explained NAVA’s hybrid membership-plus-insurance model. All documentation including lab test request were provided on the portal. I can make a decision as to the membership level I want after my future in-person one-hour consultation at the Fairfax, VA center. Stay tuned!

Great healthcare providers and support agents. Had a nutrition consult today, was given helpful recommendations and plan of care. After the appointment, Melissa was very friendly and thorough. She made sure all of my appointments going forward were set up and all the recommendations given by the provider were provided.

My first virtual visit with Dr Gurrala and his assistant Ms Leda was an efficient and effective in regard to my problem. I also had a great experience with the tech. Department, Christin in 1800 number in regard to any issues I had.

I have been going to NAVA for hormone replacement therapy for over a year now and I am very glad I chose NAVA, not only because they administer bio identical hormone treatment, but all of the doctors and nurses I meet are so kind and friendly. At NAVA it is also possible to stay with your favorite doctor or therapist and the health coaches always look out for you and are very helpful. It's a great place.

Dija was very sweet, professional & courteous. She was very informative and patient as I asked her many questions.

I recently started seeing Dr. Winn, and she has been great. She made sure I had the time needed to thoroughly understand my lab results and her recommendations. The operations staff is always so courteous and helpful in coordinating with Dr. Winn and me. Recently I worked with Karla and Kiera and they couldn’t have been better! My schedule is really challenging but they helped me figure everything out. Everyone at Nava works as a team so that I don’t have to explain the same things over and over. Thankful!
