The aluminium bottle with the essential oil was not well protected and arrived with lots of dents and a round bottom.
Obviously the outer packaging was not sufficient to protect the bottle.

Update on the experience with NavaFresh: they are pushing the dispute to the point of saying that their transport company delivered the product, which is absolutely false, and they are hiding behind it to avoid refunding the amount. Outrageous.
