Love our experience with Navan

Love our experience with Navan. The transition from other services to Navan was so much easier and better. So much easier to work with and the access to have all my point systems in one place as we book is amazing.

One of the most user-friendly OBTs I've seen!

Navan is one of the most user-friendly online booking tools I've ever seen as a travel program leader in my 5 years of expertise. Its interface is intuitive, modern, and fresh. As an Admin, I have complete control over live changes I want to make on the platform to align with our travel policy/standard without requesting it from the Navan tech team or my account rep. I'm confident Navan is on the right track to keep improving features like car rentals and complex trips to make our experience even better

Navan is a travel platform with a…

Navan is a travel platform with a satisfactory inventory of flights. It is easy to book a flight. Changing round trip flights can be quite cumbersome and you may not see the changes on your profile for a few days. I changed a flight on December 1st and still have not seen the changes on my profile or received an invoice. My flight is next week so I am anxious to confirm. Finance assists in providing invoicing all the time. Overall, the platform, the customer service and finance are good, but processing times and changes could be improved.

A Game-Changer for Corporate Travel Management

As a Travel & Expense Administrator, I work daily with different travel platforms, and Navan has been one of the most efficient and intuitive tools I’ve used. It has streamlined our booking processes, reduced manual work, and provided clear visibility over travel spend. The user interface is clean and easy for our employees, and their customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Navan has truly helped us elevate our travel program’s efficiency, and I highly recommend it for any company looking to simplify and modernize their corporate travel.
The only area where I wish I could share the same level of enthusiasm is the VIP service. The price feels a bit excessive considering the service doesn’t fully meet the ‘premium’ expectations. Hopefully this is an area that can continue improving.

You're in control!

Rewards are easy. Navan gives approval control to field managers and allows our financial leadership team to see where our travel spend is in real time. The online Interface and App are simple and straightforward. All of our employees enjoy the travel options, rewards and give high marks to customer service for resolving issues.

As a costumer for Mexico

As a costumer for Mexico, I really desliked the fact that you do not offer "facturas". As a mexican bussiness it is very important for us to have access to them and if not then you should let us know beforehand because many hotels wont issue them to us when using a 3rd party platform like NAVAN when booking.

Great customer support

Several weeks ago, I was in Dallas for work and on the day of my scheduled flight home, Dallas experienced severe thunderstorms that cancelled the majority of flights out of DFW. Navan notified me of every change in my flights, and after the last available flight out was cancelled that night, Navan support quickly responded to my inquiries about my updated flight schedule.

Admin Perspective

As an admin for my company, I spend a lot of time in all areas of Navan. This is my company's fourth platform in just a few years, and is by far the best, most user-friendly system from the admin perspective! The fact that I don't have to pull and distribute reports is amazing, but there are so many other pluses as well! Our end-users speak of how easy Navan is when setting up their profiles and booking travel, but they especially love the ease and speed of reimbursements!

We have been on Navan for a few months…

We have been on Navan for a few months now, and making the switch to Navan has proven to have been a great decision. The platform is modern and easy to navigate. Our company rep has been with us every step of the way and is very quick to answer any questions that come up. Not only are there cost savings over our other provider, but the time savings is proving to be more than we expected.
