Navegante card not issued and no refund
Applied for two personal navegante cards in the online shop on 10 Sep 2025, one for me and one for my partner. Uploaded all documentation incl copy of ID and passport photos.
Received email on 19 Sep that they don't have documentation. Resent copies of IDs and passport photos on 19 Sept. Emailed to ask for progress on 26 Sep. No reply. Emailed to ask for progress on 1 Oct. Also phoned on 1 Oct but there was a long queue with no-one answering my call. Given we never received the cards nor a response, I emailed on 2 Oct to ask for a refund. No response to that either.
