Adding new holdings via CSV from my…
Adding new holdings via CSV from my broker not working. I have trouble shooted every problem possibility, and Issue definitively on Navexa side.
The AI bot was not able to assist in achieving resolution and am now waiting on a call from a human in the support centre.
Needs better support
Needs better support - I am not sure my trades are passing through to my account and when I tried to ask for support, I didn't get an answer. Also some of the UI is obscuring data on my phone - which is a pretty new iPhone. These kinds of issues I would expect to be dealt with better considering the cost.

I had been dreading changing from my old no longer supported program but I have been amazed that 7 years of data entry into Navexa took very little time and now I can keep track and update anywhere in the world I travel.
Luv it thanks
Good for tax and a quick overview
Tax and the ease of importing are its two strengths. It will give you a basic overview for a level of performance tracking. But everything else is pretty basic and underwhelming for a paid platform.
Hopefully they can make it a lot better with time.
Reviewing my sell decisions
Nevexa provides a summary of my trade profit or loss performance, that I use to compare the profit/loss of holding the stock an extra week to understand if my sell decisions was correct.
Navexa .... Accessible expertise
I like the accessibility to Navexa's key personnel & expertise.
Nearly too much information to digest.
Readiness & willingness of Navexa's personnel to attend to queries.
The chatbot, Fin, is awesome & was more than capable of answering quite detailed queries.
Didn't work
I signed up to have access to reports that I could use for my tax return but the upload from Pearler into Navexa didn't work and the person I emailed about it didn't know how to help me. So I paid for nothing.

Awesome software
Awesome software - clear and straightforward. Helped me to see my investments from a different perspective.
Ongoing Customer
Once setup, with (in my case, CommSec) using Navexa is straight forward and very useful to manage portfolio accounts. Bought the extra $50 subscription to lift the ATO tax reporting, which I provide to my accountant.
Tom was helpful.
Easy & honest
Easy and intuitive to use
I liked the ease of use and the ability to handle the splits and demergers easily.
Too much automation
Too much automation, still not set up properly after 3 weeks, shares that l haven’t owned in years showing up in my portfolio. I have more than one share portfolio, how do l set this up??

Navexa is top quality
The first platform I tried was not able to import fees from my exchange API. Navexa did this first time with no problems at all, which resulted in significantly different figures for tax reporting. Their AI help bot is also terrifyingly smart and helpful.
Great living customer service
Tom, head of CS was great to deal with over several days…patient, kind, solution focused, and gave me pertinent information with a quick response time.
I’m not a fan of bots but Tom won me over at Navexa.

Great for newbies and pros
Initially I wanted to subscribe for the tax reporting but navexa on further research gives you more accurate insight into gains and losses. I'm a newbie to investing and I want to be informed on my portfolios progress as well as getting tax correct. I did have to get help to get previous notifications of my trades transported into navexa but that is me not being technically savvy. I also loved getting my weekly report. This is a great tool for any investor.
