Bought the downloadable content of Navigation and imported to a blank SD card. Works like a charm. Support was also able to answer my inquiries.

Excellent service, the 3 SD cards needed for my Audi navigation system worked very well. An awesome alternative to having to go directly to Audi and having to pay an absurdity of almost 400£. Costumer service was very fast in replying as well, so I definitely reccomend this.

The delivery of the 3 SD cards was very quick. The installation was successful on the 3rd attempt, I asked support for help, they could help me, thank you very much. The installation instructions provided could definitely be a little more detailed. Otherwise everything was great. Absolutely recommended.

Purchased the latest 74.000.xxx update for my 2016 Mazda CX5 Japanese import. I followed the instructions as supplied by Navi World and everything worked perfectly. Took just over 40 minutes for the installation..

There was an issue with the card but the seller offered me a full refund and was prompt with communication

The installation was easy when you have received the installation guide. In my delivery the installation guide was missing. But with Jonathan´s help i received the guide and was able to install.

I mistakenly bought a version that I wasn't and the support person helped me fix it. excellent service and willingness to help.

I purchased the North American updatable navigation SD card for a 2023 Mazda CX-5. The card arrived in a week and worked fine from initial placement in the CX-5's SD slot. However, I could tell from recent local housing developments that the map content was 4-5 years old. I was delighted to find that when I followed Mazda's map update process my SD card was updated to the latest North American map (published by Mazda May 2024). I'm also finding that navigation is easier because Mazda's map better utilizes the Mazda Commander knob than Google Maps or Waze. Definitely worth the $70 investment!

Although I never received the nav SD card Navi World did refund my purchase price and had good customer follow-up to resolve my issue.
