Customer service is excellent before he takes your money- afterwards you are ghosted. The laptop comes not working as advertised (touch screen broken, old, unlicensed software like a pirated version of Microsoft 7). You are sold upgraded components you can get for a quarter of the price yourself. Total scam
I bought a tough book from Ivan in May 2023. I used it for two weeks and it crashed while I was sailing in the Bahamas. I was careful with it even though it’s supposed to be nearly indestructible. He offered to send out a new hard drive that I could install myself. I told him that I’d like to return it instead. He never replied. I wasn’t going to have him try to send a part outside the US and I had made other arrangements for charts to get me through. I was no longer confident in the product. This was a big inconvenience and a loss of time and resources. Returning the laptop would have a small cost for them as well which I think is fair.
They were very responsive when I was buying but now they won’t answer my calls, texts or emails.
