You can't return. Beware!
I purchased a navigation update DVD for my Toyota (order 3072) last week. Received it by post within 3 days. I tried it in my car but it did not work. When I contacted them to ask for return and refund, I was told since its opened it can't be returned. It seems silly really since nobody would want to return a product purchased online without opening and checking whether it's the right product or not. Either don't have a return policy or accept returns per your policy. I am going to have to chase this with consumer protection now!!!

I was apprehensive about upgrading my Audi MMI but the whole process was well documented and straightforward. Had a minor problem with the activation but they sorted this out very quickly. Very pleased and very happy to recommend them.

Audi MMI Maps Update.
Problems initially with uploading the SD Maps. Firmware installed no problem. The instructions were easy to follow, but additional Menus in the MMI need to be activated i.e. NaviPersistence needs the Application ticking as a Y. This could be included into the instructions as I found this out by my own investigations. Aaron and Ibraheem were helpful but avoid any sort of phone conversations, email only. However, they resolved my queries and the install was successful! Value for money.

Very straightforward process
Very straightforward process. Ibraheem was quick and helpful. Process very well explained and took 90 mins. No issue with update (firmware and maps) for Audi A4. Would recommend. Far cheaper than Audi dealer I'd imagine.

Excellent Customer Service from Navigation Update
I was very pleased with the personal service offered by Navigation Update. For reasons beyond their and my control, there were a couple of hiccups in my installation. The guys at Navigation Update were very responsive and attentive to my queries and in the end, offered me a free upgrade to the recently released latest version of the Maps update that I had bought. Without hesitation 5 stars. Ian.
