Fake courier used in Alibaba scam – avoid Navis Express
I was scammed by someone pretending to be a Gold Supplier with trade assurance on Alibaba. After I paid $1,000 for goods with delivery included, the seller claimed the items were stuck in customs and sent me a link to Navis Express to “track” the shipment.
Navis Express is not a real logistics company. The website and tracking numbers are completely fake, designed to pressure buyers into sending more money. The scammer demanded $1,000 more for “customs clearance” via bank transfer.
There is no working customer support, no verified shipping information, and no relation to FedEx or any real carrier. It’s a fraud front used to make the scam look professional. After weeks of back-and-forth, it’s clear this was all a setup.
Avoid any seller or platform that uses Navis Express. If you see it mentioned, you’re likely dealing with a scam.
