Ordered hair curler 17th May, never received, multiple emails but no reply
SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered a Navoby product May 2025. I received a tracking confirmation. My package was being prepared for delivery. That’s as far as it went. I never received the package. I emailed the company multiple times. I never got a reply. My bank is now looking into it to get a refund. This company is a scam.

I have not received my order with NO status delivery. They claim to be a USA company but how can they get away with such deception. I thought I could trust a USA company. THis company needs to be held accountable for stealing from consumers. Any ideas how to do that? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I also bought one and still did not receive it, and you can send so many emails they don't even respond, I saw the add on tik Tok, this is definitely a scam

Complete scam! It’s unfortunate Facebook & Instagram allow this site to advertise. I never received my order and have tried to contact them to no avail.

It is a scam. I bought the two in one straightener. They do not send the item that is pictured - it is a plastic knock-off with no heat settings and it was broken. When I tried to return they claimed they could not because it was on sale, which is nowhere in their return policy. Scam!

I bought a 2-in-1 hair curler. I discovered their shop on Pinterest, with plenty of advertisements.

Never received anything information after buying.

I'm very surprised how Pinterest lets these fake companies steal money from everyone by letting them place fake advertisements on their platform

I purchased from Navoby thinking it was a legitimate website, but they NEVER delivered my order. After waiting for weeks with no updates, I did some digging and discovered countless reviews on Trustpilot confirming what I feared: Navoby is nothing but a bunch of THIEVES and SCAMMERS!

They lure you in with fake promises and then disappear with your hard-earned money. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Emails are ignored, and there’s no real way to contact them. It’s a complete fraud operation.

DO NOT fall into their trap like I did! Save yourself the money and the frustration. Report them everywhere you can, and warn others before they become victims of this blatant SCAM. Navoby should be shut down and prosecuted for their deceitful practices.

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. Don’t waste your money people, total scam!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. This fake company is a criminal scam run by professional thieves. They took my money, lied and then fake delivered my order to an unknown depot (I could even see them try this nonsense on tracking). Lodged as fraudulent with credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I can only echo what many others have said about Navoby here. I came across their ad on Pinterest many times over, and since I was looking for a hair curler, I figured it was worth a try—their hair straightener/curler was going viral, after all. Unfortunately, I wish I had read the reviews and researched the company before placing my order the 6th of April 2025. It looks like I’ve lost 401 SEK, with nothing to show for it and no refund in sight. I did email them after 10 days, with no reply to day’s date. To me, this seems like a scam. Lesson learned: no matter how popular something appears online, always research the company if it’s new to you.

The company can't get better as its a total scam. They've taken my money and I've got no items. No replies. SCAM COMPANY. THEY NEED TO STOP ADVERTISING.

Scam.. I placed my ordered and waited over 4 weeks to receive and when contacted them through email (came to know it’s fake email of company) they requested extra charge for the order to be delivered again and sent a link so they can steal money

ordered a straightener from this company sent numerous email and no one responds, still have not received it and actually asked if this is a hoax company i actually don't want the product anymore and will never order anything again, please be aware guys do not use this company. very disappointed

Waited 6 wks for 2 in 1 straighteners to arrive...no response from any of my emails.
Arrived today....cheap plastic straighteners with no temperature gauge. The straighteners don't even open so I can't even use them..biggest load of rubbish...absolute scam of a company...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
