I had extremely pleasant experiences with Naya. I called them on the 4th March and got an appointment for a full spine MRI by 5th of March (next day!). They were super kind. They have coffee and water. I was nervous but they did a good job managing that too. Before the scanning they asked for my symptoms, which they forwarded to the person doing the analysis.

I received my result in less than 4 working days, they arrived on 11th of March in the morning. I received a detailed report as well as the images, in multiple formats (JPEG & DCIM).

For a follow-up I met their Reumatologist. The doctor is available once every 2 weeks. I called in the morning for an appointment, luckily he was available and they managed to find an appointment for me for the same day. He is a very knowledgable doctor who knows things that not many do (first person in Denmark to introduce me to McKenzie exercises, they are good for the back). He was also very kind and understanding.

I arrived with public transport. The clinic is conviniently located. There are plenty of parking opportunities as well.

My experience at Naya Private Clinic was the best visit to a doctor’s office in my 24 years of living in Denmark. I was a bit nervous at first about being judged, as I’m not Danish. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted with a smile by the two receptionists. Then, one of the doctors offered me a cup of coffee. It was heartwarming to feel accepted. I was even invited to sit in the breakfast lounge and was offered breakfast before my scan. The doctor who performed my scan was very kind, and I felt very relaxed, even though I tend to get very nervous when going to a doctor’s office. Big thank you to All for being so welcoming.

Poor communication, unreliable service, I regret choosing this clinic.
