I had a terrible experience with Nayapay. Not only do they charge excessive fees on every transaction, but they also hit you with fees for getting a new card and even for resetting your PIN! These hidden charges make it feel like a scam, and I'm not the only one who's had this issue. Other users have reported similar complaints. If you're considering Nayapay, be aware of all the extra costs they don't make obvious. Highly disappointed – this service feels like a rip-off!

Mind-blowing level of Pathetic service you imagine it and they will exceed it. Use this app with fund and be sure that amount is scammed. They even charge on failed transactions they just keep deducting your balance without any reason. Dispute and tickets are meant to be closed without even reading them.

So the case is like this:

1. I have created naya pay account few years back but never used it for any transaction and never loaded it with any funds.
2. I was checking some domain services and for using the trial I just attached my card and then forget to remove it after trial expiration.
3. Now what happened is after 1 year of that trial that company system charged the card for some amount of 119.88 USD.
4. After few days Nayapay had opened a chargeback with that domain company and got their funds back 119.88 USD.
5. Now after 2 Months of all this activity they called me today stating that we authorised on your behalf this amount 119.88 USD and we want you to pay us this amount.
6. I was like shocked like where did I used because I never used nayapay for anything.
7. I started my research and found out and inquired from that trial domain company about it and they told me that charge was reversed month ago and it was successfully sent back to your card.
8. They tried to scam me by a smart trick and I got myself saved by inches.

My request to all users who are on Nayapay system or anyone who wants to join stay away from this company they are a total scam and I am reporting them to local officials to take further action against this fraudulent institution.

Fraudulent Activity and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Nayapay. My friend sent me 13,000 PKR, and the next day Nayapay blocked my account, citing fraudulent activity. This accusation is completely unfounded and I strongly condemn their actions.

Despite sending all necessary documents, including transaction screenshots and my friend's account statements, Nayapay has not responded. Now, they claim that my account is blocked by FIA and Cyber Security, which is absurd.

Nayapay has failed to protect customer rights. I want my money back, and if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Banking Mohtasib and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

NAYAPAY can just block your account without any explanation, leaving your money in it. They have the worst customer support, and if you leave a truthful bad comment about NAYAPAY on Instagram, they will delete it. I won't recommend NAYAPAY to anyone; they can just steal your money

I got the worst experience with Nayapay. In the beginning, all was going good but suddenly after 3 to 4 months I lost my access to my Nayapay account and was not getting my OTP on trying over and over again. But Nayapay's worst service didn't listen. It's been more than a month. I am complaining on Nayapay helpline's number, through their social media accounts too but everytime whenever I ask they say we have forwarded your complaint. Wait for an hour or sometime or a week but not giving me any solution. What does it mean? More than a month is not enough for them to resolve a minor issue? My hard earn money is stuck in that account but they do not care their customers and their money.

Daily withdrawal limit is only 10K and no option to upgrade. Must have worked on it before! Can't do anything if facing an emergency situation. However, spoke with Annie and she was trying to help.

My physical card was blocked due to a failed transaction, and they asked me to pay a fee of about 450 PKR. I paid, but my card was still blocked. Then they told Mr. to order a new one. I paid the card fee about 3 months ago and still did not receive it. I created support tickets multiple times, but they kept closing tickets without solving the problems.
When all of this was not enough they kept deducting money on the name of failed online transactions.

SCAM at NAYAPAY
Security is not upto mark, account is compromised so easily as OTPs are not generated at transactions. My balance amount was transferred to unknown person without my consent, after 3 mints when money was received. No action was taken instead I was blamed as the hacker left no traces just dont invest or save your money in wallet over here otherwise you will be scammed. Not recommended to anyone.

The app is beautifully designed and a pleasure to use. It is a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with broken apps & websites of traditional banks.

Quick response easy to use and good services

trans = transaction

Good part:
The good part is, amazing service with initial account and physical / virtual card at no cost. Limit is okay. I use it for online payment purpose. I also do intl trans.

Bad part:
The bad part is, failed intl trans policy. Okay It was good actually to make us responsible. But do you provide control over the services where our card is attached. Is there any way to stop failed trans that are being made.

TLDR;
Suppose on Linkedin premium, I tried for month but I forgot to remove card. Mad linkedin continuously making attempts to catch payment. Change subscription option was disabled, and removing default card, they don't allow.

Worst part:
Before adding paid failed payment feature they were allowing to see how much payment platform is attempting in Rs. Intl trans don't go exact, 400 Rs charged when do on stripe but it varies on amount. I paid 1200, new card + so called feature charges. Another cons their card does not work on some intl websites.

Solution:
Sadapay, Nayapay's competitor is still on better stage. Even better than Meezan and UBL.

ALERT ALERT ALERT!!!

Never sign up for NayaPay. They are money scammers. Don't fall for their too-good-to-be-true trap. Never use it for any financial transaction, as they will pull your information and start deceitfully charging money from your account after some time.

Only use legitimate banking apps and cards.

Save yourself from such money scammers and take care of yourself.

one-time verification, if failed you can not be able to verify your account. this is bad service. I called 3 times to call center, and they tell me, my account is rejected. I really don't know why. bad bad experience for me.

Don’t rely hundred percent on this app for paying the bills.
