Brilliant service that made the process simple

I bought a new device that took 4 calls to get configured. Once configured, it will not communicate with my change machine. Though this was a replacement card reader for an existing system, the wrong cable was sent. I have called 7 times and left 3 messages for the sales team over the last week to get it replaced but no one has ever answered or returned my message.

I had a very good experience at first. Customer service was great, billing was on point and everything worked great. Now we have 42 readers and stuff that was working isn’t working anymore, our billing is incorrect almost every month and customer service is horrible. Some months we’ll be billed for 46 units some months it will be 38. It’s never what it’s actually supposed to be. We have cashless and telemetry units as well as cashless only units. This is another thing they can never bill right. Then you try and tell their finance department that they have the billing all wrong and everyone ignores you. Usually every six months I need to get pissed off and email like 15 different people in the company to finally get a refund.

i have had zero service since i got the machine and now i had to pay for an attennae to see if that fixes the problem. i lose sales daily with my customers daily complaint being they cannot use cards. so happy im paying for a service i cannot use yet.

So far Nayax has been great besides the wait time on the calls. The call back feature and text is a plus though. So far thats all i can say. The MOMA app is very nice and convenient

We are having issues getting the machine to completely work without lossing power. Im also having issues contacting the compliance team. I have called numerous times and I have emailed also so I can send exactly what they need. Customer service is very important to us and it is very frustrating not being able to get anyone on the phone or to call me back.

This company is the worst! We are stuck with there HIGH percentages and other fees. We weren't even asked if we wanted to go with this company when setting up the vending machine. Whatever you do try to avoid this company at all cost!

Bought 6 and so far 3 have stopped working within 90 days. I’ve probably spent 10 hrs on each one that has stopped working because tech support makes you run tests, and tests, and tests…. Not to mention you have to be at the machine, call and wait on hold for an hour just to be told they want to run a different test which will take 2 hour! It’s insanity. Then they actually told me they were going to charge me $95 to fix the reader that I just bought that doesn’t work. Sales people are great, but tech support is worthless

Nayax was a terrible company to work with. Sold me the incorrect reader for my machine, then told me no refunds. I tried calling and emailing for over 2 months and they refused to help me. Customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend working with this company. There are many other great companies out there.

As a consumer I have encountered more problems with Nayax than successful payments. So much so that I was motivated to write this review here. Businesses, please reconsider working with Nayax if you wish to provide good service for your customers. My experiences are from Paf (casino machines) and Kärcher (car wash) services that should be payed by Nayax.
UPDATE: Nayax tried to blame my review on another company. No, Nayax, it is your poorly working services which are causing a headache almost everytime people encounter them.
